Frost Brothers Heating & Air

Erin took my call and was very helpful. The information they gave me over the phone help me make sure I needed a service call. Sometimes I forget to change the filter and she wanted to make sure that a clogged air filter and a couple of other things were not the source of the problem.
I bought this condo a year ago and it has a heat pump. I think the power bills are reasonable. It gets very hot in Carrollton, as you know, but the heat pump handles it.
The system is ten years old, but they inspection revealed that I should get at least another year or two out of it.
I took a couple of pics, because to be frank, had they told me the thing needed replacing, I would have bought a new system. It's good to have honest ac service contractors.
I got the annual service agreement. That takes one more thing off my mind. When the equipment does have a major breakdown, I'll call Erin.

Saturday. Hottest day of the year. Moving day. Sounds like the perfect day for the AC to go out. Within hours Frost Brothers was out to rescue me. Robert, the tech, was very professional, polite, and helpful . This is the 2nd time Frost Brothers has saved me, they will be my HVAC company going forwar . Highly recommend!!

We called Frost Brothers because our AC was not working! It was 102 outside and 87 in our house! Within 30 minutes they had someone at our home and made the repairs that were needed at a very reasonable price and had our AC up and running again and our house back to a normal 72 in no time at all! We are so grateful and will always use Frost Brothers for our home needs!

Aaron did a fabulous job with my air conditioning unit. I was really down and out when I first met Aaron and he made me feel a whole lot better. He is an outstanding person and a wonderful technician. Thursday the whole process he kept me informed and made sure everything was in working order before payment was made. Today I had an air conditioning service need. After talking to several AC providers via phone , I decided to call Frost Brothers Heating and Air. I'm glad I did .A young man by the first name of Aaron , came to my home. What impressed me most was his ability to answer all questions asked. He was able to explain to me and my entire family , what the problem was and what was needed to fix the problem. He was able to explain it in a way we could all understand . Got my furnace replaced but somehow the upper level was not getting heat. Called and got response the first time on a weekend with 32 degrees. The technician (Selvin) showed up ON TIME and worked with me to resolve the heating problems which was damper bolt that was not tightened by the installer. I am happy with the promptness and professionalism of Selvin. I will definitely recommend this enterprising business. Thank you Selvin.

Aaron is a fantastic repairman. He is honest and completely forthcoming and he has integrity and cares about his reputation and his work. He is a very decent guy. He fixed our system in literally moments when two other places had tried to sell us on a new system saying it could not be repaired. It turns out it was one wire in the wrong place. I had read what I was being told didn’t make sense so I kept looking for someone who would be honest and actually tell us the truth and look at our system and attempt to work on it. Then we find Aaron at Frost Brothers who came out, listened to what had happened, looked the system over and moved a wire from one port to another and presto, it was working. I cannot say enough about that kind of integrity. What I can say he and his company have earned a client for life and as I am a Realtor, I have a lot of my clients to share his name with. Thank you again Aaron.

Shawn came straight out to to fix our AC problem same day. He fixed the issue, was very nice and knew exactly what he was talking about. The customer service with Frost Brothers is outstanding. We’ll be using them again!!!
