    I have to post a great review for this company. We live outside of Fort worth and Royal air showed up on time got us installed and was great clean crew that I stalled our new 16 seer Carrier system. The installers were very patient with us and explained everything and did real clean job. I Highly recommend Royal Air!!

    Bryon did a great job! Got me approved and we are getting installed tomorrow. I had another ac man come out and install a system that was old it it never worked. I'm looking forward to having a brand new carrier.

    Bryon came in and was very professional. Got me approved when other companies wouldn’t. I would recommend. Thank you Royal Air….. and after I received this unit I was put on the back burner because I had reasonable complaints… First Bryon ask me to call or text HIM if I had any issues because the office don’t answer the phone and I did but now it’s a problem, he blocked my calls. The issues I’ve had are valid. They changed out my 2.0 Wi-Fi thermostat to an basic model, then they changed out my brand new Hepa filter to a paper filter you can see through, my unit was unstable outside and they did come to bolt it down so that was a plus but that’s when I notice the bend Finn’s on the unit….it’s not just a few but at least 10 percent of the finn are damaged.I texted Bryon and he tells me it’s not going to affect the unit,……. This is where and why I change my review. Yes I needed an ac unit and he got me approved, but at who’s expense…. Don’t play me like I’m stupid sir, finns do affect the running of the unit. Didn’t even offer to come “fix” the issue or nothing just told me to refer to my warranty number…..THE SAME NUMBER HE TOLD ME THEY DON’T ANSWER.

    It all started when the sales person at Royal Air, said that by replacing the A/C unit, we would be able to "significantly lower" our utility bill. Nothing has been further from the truth even when we switched to a more economical A/C plan and watched closely our energy usage. Since purchasing the new unit, the maintenance staff has not been arriving on time, often not even in the half day window given and twice not even on the same day. Majority of calls and voicemails went unanswered.

    Mr. Craig Fox did an excellent job on educating me and my husband on what we needed to properly cool our home. Yesenia did an excellent job on getting us financed and scheduled for next day install. The installers were early and got the job done. They were awesome and didn’t leave behind any debris! Installation was the next day, I felt comfortable with them inside our home, everyone was really nice, the team that installed the unit did a amazing job (they were laughing & talking while working which made me feel more comfortable), the guy who gave the estimate was very patient with all the questions plus the interruptions during the process.. they really went above and beyond.thank y'all very much for y'all's help! (I didn't even list everything they did to help on here).

    Ricky there Sales Representative was awesome told us all about the a/c system and the upgrades. And with in 24 hours we had a complete new system install. There was no stress and no waiting time. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new a/c unit. 100% the best Sales Rep( Ricky) and installers I have ever had.
