The process was unbelievably fast and the installation only took 4hrs and we were given all our options with our benefit in mind.
I will highly recommend this company. The installers really know their jobs, professionally handled.

Baker did a really good job on helping getting our house central ac/heat. He explored all the options for finance to get one that fitted our needs. I will be recommending to friends and family.

I had my ac installed last year by Royal Air here in San Antonio. Luke was the comfort advisor who came out to help me. He explained everything to me about the system and how much money I would save non-electric. Well it's one year later and I have to do a review. My power bill dropped from last year's bill of 248 for month of may. This year it was only 132$.

I had them come out to install our air unit. I sound like we are taking off like an airplane its so loud. We have asked for them to come look at it again and still no call no show to see what needs to be fixed. MY BEDROOM IS HOT
Kelly is the who came out and got us ready said any help just contact him WELL.. he can help us faster and still no help.

We had our unit installed a week ago and it has ran almost full time since then. It only cools down the house when we turn our window units in at the same time. The installation in the inside was shorty, they cut the hole for the inside unit too big. They broke the trim as well. We called our representative that sold us our unit and he told us he quit. Have called the office multiple times and left messages and no call back. I would never recommend these people to anyone. It is a scam. They get their money from the finance company and then leave the customer high and dry.

Herson was very professional and informative! He answered all my questions and did a great job installing our new A/C unit. I highly recommend this company for any A/C installations or repairs! Great service , thank you guys!

So our 14 year old unit AC finally gave out. My husband saw Royal Air on facebook and we decided to give them a call. I was very surprised that they responded during the holiday and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Aaron was prompt and was able to help us out and got our house back cooling in no time! The install team came this morning (they were early!) and completed the install in three hours. We are VERY impressed with the level of service from Royal Air so far and would definitely recommend!
