I was referred by a friend that I work with for Luke with Royal Air to come and help me with my AC. He came out and diagnose the system and I needed a new one. Luke was very thorough and very good at what he does. I really appreciate Royal Air. They were able to get me financed and installed the same day in Mesquite Texas. I had to do a review because I was very impressed by the company to install cruise clean efficient and I will also refer this company to all of my family and friends here in the Dallas area. Thank you, Royal Air.

They help me out with getting a new Ac unit for my upstairs. They were kind and courteous with their service. They didn’t apply any pressure, just lay the facts out. Their service comes with. One year warranty maintenance after purchase. The best part is the financing and leasing to own deals which is what I signed up for. Aaron Jones was my contact and he laid everything out for me. They even including a wifi thermostat. They also covered the first month of the lease agreement, which I’m relieved about. I’m a teacher and they were able to apply that discount as well.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I do not recommend them to anyone! Not even your dog!! A year later and we are still dealing with them not wanting to do the right thing and fix our issues!!! A year ago we had to move completely out of the home because mold took over the entire house. Their excuse was “we don’t do trailer houses”. Obviously they only care about the money & not the customers. Can’t get them to answer the phone or emails. Absolutely ridiculous!!! AC continuously freezes up and they never replaced the insulation under our trailer house.

Excellent service! Aaron Jones came to our home, he was very professional and courteous. He helped us with the financing of our new AC unit. Aaron was very patient and understanding he explained everything to detail. I would totally recommend this company to our friends and family. Thank you for your help. We are very grateful.

Do not use this company,** you will be sorry. I purchased a new system from Royal Air February 2023 It was installed the same day.The AC would not work properly and not blowing cool air . I called multiple times (service department and sales person) and sent two emails. Not one person has called to offer assistance. I even called the finance company to offer to see if they could help. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I am not done fighting yet. I will continue to work at getting this issue resolved as it's only been 4 total months since the install and only ONE day with AC! Shame on you Royal Air.

Kelly with Royal Air came and saved my family from the 100 degree heat. He was so nice and very professional. He gave me a great deal and replaced my complete hvac system and got me financed when no one else could. Thank you Royal Air and especially Kelly. They even offered to install the same day. I had to get some a king information and Kelly drove me to the bank to get it. He went over and above to help me and Inreally appreciate it.

When my air conditioner finally went out last month, a coworker had recommended this company to me, so I Gave them a call. Bryon drove out and met with me. I was blown away by his knowledge and friendly, professional attitude. He was able to address our questions with confidence, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received! He made sure to have a team out the very next day to get our new system set up, quick and easy. I'm so glad they were recommended to me, and I certainly will be recommending them as well. Great experience!

Luke was great!!!
I first wanted my inside unit on an inside wall, they were very quick to point out that the copper and hose would be exposed inside.
So, he suggested a wall that was connected to the outside wall.
They did a wonderful job. So quiet, keeps my home nice and comfy.
Was very informative on the controls and cleaning the filters.
Outside unit was placed under the high deck outside.

Gabriel cam out as well as sears rep and he just gave me more value and explained everything thoroughly. Gave me a better price and warranty as well. Ask for Gabriel if you can. Did great
