Chad was fantastic. I had two other companies come out and quote systems and this guy was the fastest and cheapest. Same system, lower price, half the time. Highly recommend.

I bought my A/C units from Royal Air 3 years ago. Little did I know their terrible customer service and poor response time! They have cancelled my A/C spring maintenance appointment 3 times. Every time they cancel, all I get is a text message from them. When I call, they give me the most ridiculous excuses....the technician had a flat tire, the technician had a family emergency, etc. etc. What type of A/C company are you Royal Air? One that doesn't keep customer appointments, but lies to your customers. You definitely have a Huge technician staffing problem. If you want to stay in business, you need to staff up on your technicians and stop cancelling customer appointments!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROYAL AIR!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU FROM THE VERY BEGINNING JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

Installers know how to really do their job and are very clean and communicate with us the process. We have had ac installed before. Never like this. Royal was clean and efficient and all promises achieved. We recommend Royal if you live in Dallas!!!

Thank you for the Great response. I called 11:20 for service call and you guys showed up 1hr later. Luke showed up fixed my new unit that was installed by different company now out of business. . I can't say how much I appreciate the save. My mom in her room is happy. We're happy. Thank you Royal Air!!!

Bryon with Royal air got to schedule appointment on time ,explained everything in detail and gave me best option for my Home.Helped out on getting me best interest rate and unit is to be installed same day . Very pleased will definitely recommend.

Omar was great came out made the install even had to come back for when I was home had no problem really appreciate the service I would recommend to anyone.

The phones at this company have not worked for the better part of 2 1/2 months now. Also, I have had numerous repairs on a brand new system…. My system is eight months old. I just had ANOTHER repair done less than two weeks ago….and the system is again not working properly. Royal air do not provide paperwork when doing repairs as well…even when the customer asks. The company is completely unprofessional.

Kelly went over and above to help us get air conditioning. He gave us a great deal, got us financed and installed all in the same day, he even went to the courthouse to get our deed so we could get loan approval. He is amazing. Call Royal Air for your HVAC needs and ask forbKelly

Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. Ramon came to install our new system and he and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain and asked if we had any questions. Would highly recommend Royal Air.

Keith was very professional an courteous. Very quick to get the job done. Also the 3 young men, that installed the A/C an complete setup, they were very polite, and nice. They did a great job.. They were exceptional..
