Robert was excellent to work with. Showed up early for our appointment and was super friendly. He explained each aspect of the system and how it effected the total package. After coming to an agreement on the new AC system he had a crew immediately dispatched to get started. Very happy with the service
Zero stars. Purchased HVAC system. Day after install not working. Tech comes to door no hello or nothing and states “what’d you do? It was fine yesterday?” 10 min after diagnosing problem they forgot to add refrigerant and drain hose. It was was nice so we didn’t run it again till summer. Less than six months we turn it in and air is not cold again, and it won’t stay on. Call and call for 4 weeks no response. Three digit temps keeping house at 82-93 degrees. Finally someone calls back and schedules tech following week. No call no show. Call and call leaving messages. After a couple days called back and told sorry we will get someone out in a couple of days. No call no show again. Call and call leaving messages. Talk to rude service person. States she can’t help me and does not know when a tech can come out. Not her department, but says she will pass on info. Next day told sorry we will send tech out in two days. No call and no show for third time. Horrible install, wires exposed, white stuff slathered all over closet, and walls, glue or something all over trim and door. They scratch the wood floor dragging the unit in.
Baker did great. I told him I couldn't get financed but he encouraged me to try. I was approved and got a good price and rafe. Thanks for sending baker, he explained everything well and got us installed with a couple of hours
Sales Rep was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable about their HVAC system. Explained everything and answered all of my questions. Took care of me with a very gracious attitude. Would recommend this company to my friends.
Had my appointment with Robert Soliz today. My credit is not perfect. Still was able to get financing with a reasonable rate. They are installing within the next hours. I very rarely experience such excellent customer service….I also want to make mention that the installation crew did a great job on the i stall. They were at the house about 2 hours after we signed paperwork. They worked until 11pm but finished the job. They even put all my stored buckets and bags bag in the attic. They cleaned up behind themselves. I would particularly recommend this crew and Royal Air

I am very pleased with this company from start to finish. Bryon did the estimate and gave me several options as to how to get my AC replaced. Within a few hours the install team, Betillo showed up. They worked very quickly and were very informative in showing me how to operate my new system. I would highly recommend! Me and my family are beyond grateful!!!
Initially I allowed these guys to dictate the review, however I've been nothing but disappointed since it was installed. If it wasn't dead of summer I'd pull it out and refuse to pay for it. Bigger unit but my house is constantly at 75 plus and I've set it to 71 to have it bearable. Have added fans just to stay "comfortable" when I never had them before. Reached out to the tech a few days ago, ghosting me. Hot and never recommending to anyone, will tell them to stay away.
Ricky was a great advisor I strongly recommended them! Hector & Anthony were patient and showing work needing to be done, completing any ask and addressing concerns.
6/8: Luke was very helpful in getting everything set up for me the same day. Edit: 3 days later and the air is working great! The installers cleaned up after as well. I would definitely recommend this company for AC installation.
