JK was very professional, down to earth, and got us the best deal for our new AC/Heat system. The installation was done same day. They disposed of the old unit for us, put in the new, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely recommend this company. Our house feels amazing now! 👏

Luke promised us a UV filter for free if we left him good reviews on Google. No UV filter was installed, however they did cut in a vent wrong and tried to cover it up with caulk and never told us. They broke the Sheetrock trying to get the air handler into the attic, and then left the drain lines stubbed out of the attic and didn’t take the pvc to
The ground. What’s not pictured is the gas lines they ran which are now t up to spec and cost us $1500 for a real AC company to fix. The installers are not licensed and have no clue what they are doing although the company may be licensed. I do not recommend Royal Air!

Robert came to our home to give me an estimate for replacing my.a c he was the best ever friendly customer oriented and gave us great service the process was easy and fast. He made the process so easy it was incredible . You can tell he loves helping people and is very caring thanks to you and your company we will not have to worry about our ac ever again. And he loves cats i would recommend him to everyone my wife said he was an answer to our prayers the system he is putting in will help us with our breathing issues

We had to get a new AC unit today. This Texas heat is no joke. Aaron is very professional and made the process very smooth and easy. He will have the unit installed the same day.

Our upstairs AC unit went out about 1 week ago (a few weeks after they did a routine maintenance job). It took days for them to call us back, and when they did, said they would be out the next day. Well, they no-showed. We have left 4 phone messages, 1 message on their website message portal, and 1 email, but they have not returned our calls. Pretty sure they are dodging us because the unit us still under warranty by them.

RUN!! Do not use this place--they might install your unit quickly but once they get your money, you will never be able to get quality service again.

Had my ac installed in march of 2021. Luke was our comfort advisor and got us a great deal and promised our electric bill would be much lower. Our average electric bill in 2020 -2021 was 247$
Royal Air installed a high efficiency 16 seer complete system. Our average bill this year is 163. Our T-stat is set at 72 and easily achieves that temp when our old one took all day and never got under 74. I really was sceptical but after seeing the performance and the energy bill. I wish I would have done this sooner. I can’t say how much I appreciate Royal Air and the amazing unit they installed last year. They just serviced it. The technician was very thorough and professional. Thank you Royal Air for such Awsome experience and living up to every expectation and more. If you live in Bass trop area call rRoyal Air. Ask for Luke if you can that guy was on point. Everything he told us has been exactly as promised!!!!!

Larry came to my home and was very nice. I got a great deal on my new Carrier system and next day installation. Very easy company to do business with.
