We had our ac installed last year by Royal. We had a issue and they came right out and fixed. Our electric bill is literally in half.
I can't give enough reviews on this company. Luke was correct about our power and he really got us great deal. We live in country in Madisonville. We suggest call Royal on any ac needs.

Had an ac installed a few months ago. Had a few mishaps during installation. I was worried thT it was going to be a fight to get things repaired. That wasn't the case. My sales representative Bryan helped me every step of the way. As far as the repair guys they were also very polite and careful and professional. They made the experience as stress free as possible. I hope that everyone that was involved get the recognition they deserve.

Romel was our representative, he not only explained my 30yr old system with me, but went over the entire new one and showed me where the health hazards were, he helped me to afford a new system. I couldnt be more thankful.

Royal Air came to my home 2 months ago and replaced a 5 Ton A/C Unit, which does NOT work, air is not cold whatsoever. With the unbearable heat and the fact that Royal Air, to this day, does NOT answer their phone calls or emails. We had to call another A/C company who stated that Royal Air scammed us and the replacement of the A/C unit was not required, as the issue was something else. Not only that, they FAILED to install the Unit UP TO CODE. My advice to anyone reading this review, please find another A/C company, do not waste your money and do not let them scam you.

Romel came out at 10 at night before taking off back to Houston to my house. Hot air was coming out instead of cool air conditioning. He came out and did whatever it took to make it cool for the night. Has also send out a technician to fix it in the morning.
