    AC went out, the unit was only 1 year old and I had just bought the house, it kept freezing up. Royal Air Manager, John came over and said it would be best to replace my unit. Not know that my unit was still under warranty, I went ahead and had them replace it. 2 days later it was doing the same thing the old unit was doing.. freezing over, they came back and worked on it.. then the unit leaked onto my 3rd floor ceiling down to the stairs!! I called them again and told them to fix it and fix the ceiling because now the paint is bubbled up and I didn't want problems with mold. They came back did something else with the unit and never fixed my ceiling. I have called them and called them they just put me off. It is messed up again and I can't get them out. I was told I had to make an appointment for the servicing of the unit but they weren't taking appointments for the rest of the summer. I have never been able to get a hold of JOHN the manager again and when I made an appointment for them to come out to see what is happening they never showed up. Terrible company!! I will definitely be seeking some legal advice!!

    It’s not very often that you get great customer service from beginning to end but Royal Air did it! From the very start, Rod our sales guy to the installers, made our air conditioner installation painless. Rod was very thorough and extremely helpful! Great job Royal Air!

    Purchased a unit back in March with new ductwork. Tried to run the heater first and the unit keep tripping the breaker. I was told by Royal Air that the breaker needed to be larger. Fast forward to May 31st. My unit now keeps freezing up. There has been 2 techs here and the last person here went out to his truck and left. Never said he was leaving. I have called numerous times. Emailed numerous times and there is no response. All they do is lie. Now it's been almost a month. It's been 115 with the heat index and I can't run my unit. I contacted another company and was told the it will cost me over $5200 to get this fixed. Below are the issues that need to be fixed.
    ~~incorrect supply and return size. Need to add another one and increase the current size of the one we have.
    ~~Ductwork is the wrong size for the unit that was purchased and the ductwork is incomplete.
    ~~incorrect Guage wiring for the unit in the attic. I am told that this is so severe that it could burn my home.
    ~~Incorrect size breaker for the outside unit.
    I have asked and asked and keep getting the run around.

    FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! One thing is for sure you will get absolutely horrible service with a smile, they might even turn your home to a pile of ash. And the second that you write them a check they will disappear never to be heard of again They will not return phone calls they will not return emails and they will not come out and fix all the damages that they caused. Absolutely terrible company. I never leave reviews but in a situation like this I pray that someone else doesn’t have to experience what I did. $8000 System and thousands in repairs and $2500 to pay a certified carrier company to fix there install. Pictured are kitchen knives I bought in Germany with my father they took out of my kitchen and used in the attic.

    Wow! They actually got us approved and into a manageable situation when I wasn’t sure it was possible. Mike diagnosed what the problem was with our system, really listened to what our needs were, and put something together that made it possible. Install was fast and flawless. I’m having them go to my friend’s next week
