Royal Air Texas

This review is for my mother. She was sold an A/C from these people two years ago. I won’t go into all the details from the past but here is the current situation. The unit was blowing hot air so she called them out. She purchased the ten year warranty but still had to pay $129.00 for them to show up. Without going into the attic, they informed her it was the compressor and it would be $800.00 to fix it. She contacted another A/C company who informed her it was not the compressor but faulty installation! These people are crooks!

Luke was very informative and I trust this guy. So far so good. Waiting for installers to bring the signature dish. Will take pictures and update my post after install.
Well, it is the time for the pictures after the install. I was very disappointed in the finish look of my door after they finished cleaning up. I now have to redo the whole door frame and door that they supposedly fixed.

Harry from Royal Air Texas assured me I would love the work they did. And boy am I one happy person! Not only was Harry true to his word about having my complete install done but the Installers led by Samir were professional and very detailed taking care of covering and repairing any holes and making sure everything was secure and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company. Give Harry a call at Royal Air Texas.

I'm so happy with Royal Air and their level of service. I called to set an appointment for our ac hasn't worked for almost 2 yrs. Luke the rep who they sent is my brother from Nigeria. He took his time and got us approved of a new ac with financing. We have had at least 6 different companies show and treat us like we are nothing and run credit and leave to never hear from again. Luke found us financing and I now am living in my home with comfort. Royal Air install crew was very clean and professional. The unit not only works good but now our electric bill is over 200 dollars less a month. God sent Luke and we are so appreciative of Royal Airs superb service. If you want ac done right. Call Royal Air.

They are by far the best and very affordable and understanding.

This company is amazing! Gave us a very reasonable price for 3 new units. Aaron and Mick were very professional and patient with us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed and happy with the service. I 100% recommend them.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!Installation was absolutely the worst experience they destroyed my daughters room and I was told by the office “you have to expect a little damage” after six months I was able to finally get someone out to clean the filters as I was told I couldn’t clean them it would void the warranty Leo Teamer was a delight did a fantastic job. Mr. Baker was a top notch rep. He walked us through the cost, process, payment options, and benefits of a new system. He helped us explore the cost saving benefits of installing a new unit. We have had other ac companies out and they didn’t have the patience necessary to get the job done but Mr. Baker saw it through to completion. We will have a whole new unit SAME DAY! Amazing!! Royal Air came out today to give us a quote on a new HVAC system. Our technician, Chad, was very professional and answered all of our questions. He also made sure all of our concerns were acknowledged. We did financing and got approved for a pretty low interest rate. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were extremely pleased with the service. Had our complete system replaced. They arrived early. Cleaned up afterwards. Made sure we were happy before they left.

Unit has frozen twice and is leaking condensation all over floor and destroying floor and surrounding wall. Have tried communicating with customer service regarding these issues and no direct answer they keep going around the issue. Company gives uv light is causing issue for it freezing and dripping condensation. And the mention of children getting heat exhaustion in the home they just go around it stating they can’t do anything the managers have to deal with it even though they are customer service. This is the second time it has frozen in 3 months of install and company is not sending the appropriate technician to resolve matter
