    Kelly was professional, knowledgeable, courteous from the start. He gave me a very good price and got me financed and the unit installed all in the same day. He was such a nice man, I really enjoyed working with him. Our old system had failed and we were suffering from the heat. Kelly realized that our a/c was not properly sized for our house and upgraded our system without any extra charge. Kelly made us very happy with our purchase and we highly recommend Royal Air if you live in Beaumont.

    Kevin Barker came out the same day I called in to inquire about a new unit. The next morning Juan Parada and his crew arrived on time and got it done quickly. 100% recommend! Gloria called after install to check and make sure everything went good! Great overall experience!

    Well first of all I think we were way overcharged for our system. We dis not have problems with the in stall and worked great until now. We had the system installed 5 years ago and were promised 5 years of free maintenance. They said they would call and come out every 6 months. They came out once and then never called or came out again. We have a 10 year guarantee and now after 5 years we are having problems with the unit not cooling and have been trying to get a hold of them foe 2 days, calls, emails, messages and have not received any call backs or messages. I need to get the system fixed ASAP. So will have to pay someone else to fix it and hoping to get Royal Air to reimburse for the work, but not going to hold my breath. Would be nice if they stood by their word and contacted me soon. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because it did work up to now.

    Bryon came out to my house today and gave me and my wife a Great price on a new HVAC system. He was very patient while we looked at the budget and worked hard to get the payment to fit in. We were thinking about getting ours fixed but with the low monthly payment I got approved for it made more sense to replace with a new and efficient system. The crew will be here today to get installed. Thank you Bryon and Royal air.

    I want to personally thank Kelly R. for taking the time out of his day to help my elderly neighbor get AC in her home the very same day! She hasn’t had AC in years but they worked with her financial situation and approved her at a rate she can afford.     Update to my update: After a week of no response from the office we had to get another company to fix the problem. I can only assume that because it was under warranty Royal Air did not want to come out and fix it for free. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

    ****Can someone contact me please? No one came out Friday and the office phone still goes straight to voicemail and the extension you gave me does not work.

    Update: A/C unit went down 2 weeks after maintenance visit and I’ve called several times past few days and no one will answer.

    Tony was great. Professional and able to answer all questions.
