One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Iván did a great job quickly assessing and fixing our issue with our air conditioning. The company acted much more quickly than anyone else which I greatly appreciate!

The technician was thorough and he explained everything that he did on my ac. He explained his suggested changes to ensure that my unit was running, efficiently and effectively. He clearly explained all of the prices. I felt like he did an outstanding job! I have always had very good service with this company, and I have been using them for seven years.

James showed up on time and made sure to communicate every step of the way. I'm very pleased with company and their employees from start to finish. I will be using for future needs and be recommending.

This company is amazing! From the man who diagnosed the problem, to the estimator and to the installer's. They get an A+ in every area! They did everything they said they were going to do and so detailed and up front about everything!

The installers were on time, explained what they were going to do, did it in quick order and then explained what they did. Courteous and knowledgeable. Did not appear rushed but finished quickly.

My air conditioner stopped working Memorial Day so I payed the holiday service fee. The technician told me it would be $7000 to fix the air conditioner because of all the issues which lead me to believe I needed to replace the entire system. They gave me a very high quote for a new system so I told them I would get a second opinion. I had another company come out and they said my system did NOT have any of the issues One Hour claimed. The problem was a fan motor on the compressor seizing up. They replaced it for $525 which beats $7000. My take away:
1) One Hour Air Conditioning will lie to get you to buy a new unit.

2) They will collect the service fee with no intent of fixing the real problem.
