One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Anthony was on time and seemed to be very thorough in inspecting our Central A/C system. He found our coil was leaking coolant and recommended we consider replacing our 18 year old system. Anthony was very courteous and took the time to review various replacement options. Before leaving, Anthony provided us an estimate for replacing our old unit with a modern high efficiency system.

Jeff Lucas of One Hour Air Conditioning did an excellent job of explaining systems and what the company offered. He was polite, experienced and patient.

We had AC drain line clogged. A technician came. Without trying much ( all he did was vacuuming water out the pipe) he said I need a french drain system which costs about $1200! I asked him if there is other ways and he said no, only french drain system is the way! Just because ac drain line got
clogged he wants me to get french drain system?! The technician did NOT EVEN TRY TO FIX the problem. My ac works fine. All he could do was unclog the pipe. I don't know how this company could earned over 5k review.

Alfredo was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand exactly what the issues were with my AC system. Also, I really appreciated how he continuously gave me updates on the work he was doing while in my home.

The technician was wonderful and informative. He did however, tell us the invoice for the AC getting serviced would be emailed me. After two weeks of calling, retelling them my email, and giving them new ones, we still haven’t received our invoice. Very frustrating.
