One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

I'm really disappointed in this company. After a thorough Google search coupled with their great reviews, I was really looking forward to having them come out. I had an appointment scheduled from 3-7PM. By 4PM I hadn't heard from anyone. I called the office and they assured me someone was coming. 7PM, no contact. I called again. At this point no one in the office was able to reach anyone in the field. I called again @ 8:30 just to see if there was any hope at all and nothing. The operator apologized profusely and seemed genuinely embarrassed. Didn't matter. No call, no show. I opted for One Hour over another company and realize I made a mistake. Very, very unprofessional to leave customers completely hanging.

Company was here when they said they would be. I appreciate that. Our service person, Eduardo was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cared about our concerns and did an excellent job cleaning our system. Would definitely recommend One Hour to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Chris came out to give me a price on a unit. Not only did he know everything that was wrong with the old system, he detailed exactly what I was told by a family member that also works for a well know AC Company in San Antonio. Honest and Professional. Thank you so much.

Great, reliable company, with top notch customer service. Our technician, Rama, did a great job inspecting our AC, explaining suggested improvements, and completing them in a timely manner. I didn't feel pressured into making any changes I didn't want to, and thanks to Rama's explanation, I felt like I could make an informed decision about every service. It is rare to get such a professional and fairly priced service in Houston.

The person was very helpful and worked quickly. Even tho we had a dozen kids and animals running around, we managed to keep them away while he worked diligently without falling off the ladder! Which is always a plus. Pricing was alright. Not the best but for immediate help it’s acceptable. Will probably use again.

Carl was very thorough in assuring us our dehumidifier is working at it's capacity. He checked the installation and made adjustments as necessary, as well as performed a thorough check on all vents/ductwork. He spent several hours working on these items and provided explanation and details of what he was doing for us. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. He demonstrates his vast experience well.

Very polite and professional and courteous, upfront butt then he started lying. About waving the service fee because we didn’t buy a $15000 AC unit we called and had several other companies come and inspect our AC and told us there was nothing wrong with the unit it just needed a good cleaning and the Freon recharged! Will not recommend this company to anyone!!

I had 4 children stuck in a heat wave w/o a/c for 48hrs. Our tech Michael had us up and running within 30min! He helped me with coupons and taught me all about my system. We were so impressed we set up a yearly membership to prevent any further issues!

Gilbert Gonzalez provided a great service and was knowledgeable and very professional. It's nice to deal with a person who's smiling from the moment he arrived until he finished the maintenance job.

Ethan Henry did an amazing job. He was super attentive and kept us in the loop at all times. He listened to my concerns and took them into consideration when coming up with a solution. I trust all the information he gave us because he had facts to back them up. He didn't just give us advice off of his opinion. I am really impressed with him and this company.
