One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

I am beyond grateful and happy that One Hour was able to have a tech out same day I called. Rick (service tech) was amazing. I was worried from the time I realized my AC stopped working that it may not get fixed or that I would need a new unit. Thankfully Rick was able to fix it and assured me it was a simple capacitor part!!! Thank you!! He's my hero! Highly recommend!!

AWESOME !!! Called them this morning because my furnace decided it didn’t wanna work and it was 60 degrees in my house and dropping. They were able to get Rick and Brandon out to my house within a few hours. They showed up and got to work immediately and knew was the issue was within a few minutes. They had the parts on hand and were able to fix it quickly. They answered all my questions and Rick is very personable to talk to. He is a veteran and my husband and I are as well so we talked with him for awhile. We signed up for the $20/month maintenance plan and they stayed to check our A/C to make sure it’s good to go and even did a little bit of work on that as well. I highly recommend them! They will come as soon as possible and they will get the job done. Thank you Rick and Brandon!!

My call was dropped twice while calling, but I am glad that I kept trying. The staff on the phone was very polite and helpful and setup a time for 4pm for a repair on my a/c. They were able to not only come out on the same day, but also made it to my house 5 hours early since I was available. The staff member that they sent out was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time home owner I was able to pick his brain on basics of cleaning and maintaining my system without irritation to him. After his inspection of my system he diagnosed what was wrong and told me the best and worst case scenarios of what could happen and be needed. His suggestion was to add more freon to the system as the system seemed to be in good working order but may potentially have a leak. If I had a leak the cost could be high as finding the leak and repairing is almost as costly as replacing the system. He suggested adding freon first and seeing how the system held up since the age was not that bad on the unit. (maybe 15 years?) I opted out of having them add the freon since I had a friend that could do that for free which he was more than okay with and charged me appropriately for the service provided. I feel the cost I paid which was $90 to have them come out and roughly $110 to have him fully check my system inside and out completely. He also gave me pointers and tips with my humidifier system in the house as well. Overall great experience and will for sure use them again. 5/5 for sure! Give that man a raise for his politeness and knowledge please! Also, after adding the freon, my system has been blasting cold air again and holding strong!

I have been having an issue with controlling the temperature of the second floor of my house for years. In addition to providing maintenance on my AC unit and Furnace, an evaluation was done on the performance of my equipment. Further evaluation of my home is needed to correct the issue but the technician set up an appointment with a specialist in the company before he left. Rob was very thorough! He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident about the information I received. Amazing service! Thank you!

Repair man came out same day due to health issues was much appreciated! He did a great job fixing our A/C, explaining everything and letting us know other recommendations. Thank you so much! We will definitely call them again for any future repairs.

Great experience. They responded quickly to our request for a quote on a replacement furnace and a/c system. I really liked the fact that the person came to our house to see what we had. He asked a lot of question about how we felt the heat and a/c performed over the years. For me it always seemed to be struggling heating or cooling. Never a very consistent or comfortable temperature. He explained benefits of different technologies, like multistage and variable speed blowers. I really felt that he was listening to what I was saying and explained how the different options could address my concerns.

The scheduled the installation sooner than I expected. I actually had to delay a couple of delays because of appointments I couldn't cancel. Would highly recommend.

When your heat stops working your heart sinks when thinking about cost and getting service as soon as possible. I found this company online chose it because it's family owned, many 5 star ratings. ALL TRUE!! The were on it immediately. Technician came within 3 hours. John was terrific he explained and showed us what the issue was. We are so very grateful for the help, time, and efficiency of One Hour Air Conditioning. On top of that we can still put food on the table! KUDO AND AGAIN THANKS!

My furnace stopped functioning properly and technician, John Roberson, arrived just a few hours after I called on a Saturday. He was very professional and thoroughly tested my furnace. He was able to determine the issue and show me what was wrong—unfortunately, the part wasn’t available that he needed to perform the repair. He got it on order and was very apologetic for not having it available. Virtually everything is back ordered during the COVID pandemic, so it makes sense. Again, I really appreciated the prompt and professional service—John was really great. I will call these guys again.

I am signed up for their annual service program.
They were very thorough and informative. They pointed out an issue that I need to be aware of. Nothing to worry about just let me know how much I could expect to pay if it does fail.
All their staff members are well trained in their area of expertise.

Service tech Brandon came out on Sunday as my a/c was blowing warm air. He was very professional. He listened attentively while I described my concerns and then he set out to assess the situation. He talked me through the entire process and laid out my options. I would certainly cal this company again when I need help with my HVAC.
