We ended up being able to have someone come out sooner than originally scheduled. Keith was awesome! He answered all my questions was very informative and kind! I might have said a couple dumb things along the way and he was super nice about it LOL! It’s always a pleasure working with three of the best! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky, and One Hour Heating and Cooling are the best in the business!

They were super friendly and knowledgeable, I really appreciated everything they did. Took pictures of the furnance, educated me, took their time.
But paid $250 for a thermostat, which is more than I should have. $330 total for the visit.

My technician was Rob Mosier. At first, he wasn't going to be able to make it until the next day. But he finished up the jobs he had before me super fast and was able to fix my furnace the same day!
Rob was very informative and showed/explained to me exactly what the problem was. 10/10 service!

Our technician, Cody, was super personable and professional! He provided us with an informational diagnostic and while unfortunately it was not good news for us, he made sure all of our questions were answered and kept our comfort, safety, and convenience in mind when scheduling our future appointment. We are always happy with the service from your company, this time was no different! Thank you, Cody!

This is my second time using Benjamin Franklin and they were both great experiences. John was exceptionally helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and double checked everything. He was pleasant and caring. My experience with Benjamin Franklin and John insured that I will be a return customer for all my home needs!

Set up both a kitchen sink install and hvac service appt. I can’t tell you how their hvac service is because they canceled that appointment when we declined their service for the kitchen sink install (we did so for a variety of reasons- the unprofessionalism of the technician, the expectation we were given versus what the technician said he was capable of doing, and the prices he quoted were 3-4 times greater than other contractors we got quotes from). They may be willing to come out to you quick but the $89 “service fee” to just come out and their “programs” in order to get a discount, are all scams. Their office staff are friendly but the technician we received was not … also, the text we received when he was arriving sounded like his bumble profile (he played college and junior hockey and enjoys golfing and kayaking) - why would a customer need to know this??

Original call was for routine maintenance, our technician found a leak in the ac coils. We then had a quote done for replacement and a repair. We decided on the replacement of unit because of the warranty offered. The guys doing the install were great! Answered all questions and made sure it worked properly before leaving! Will be using these guys for routine maintenance!

We were experiencing an inordinate amount of dust in our home and it was a constant source of frustration and work. Joe came out and was so knowledgeable and turned on our central humidifier and made recommendations for duct cleaning and a new filter for our home. He was so very helpful and a true professional. We are looking forward to having a cleaner air quality and having maintenance with their company from now on! Please don't hesitate to contact them and ask for Joe! He's the best 👌

4.5 stars. Had no heat mid winter. Lady on the phone was great setting up the appointment. First tech was kind of a dud. His supervisor Scott came out after he left. Scott was outstanding. Got in the furnace and fixed the issue very quickly. Job well done.

Not sure if the technicians are improperly trained, or if they like to take advantage of women while their husbands are out of town. We was charged $215 for a $30 part. This did not correct the problem. The first bill being $400 plus. A second technician came out, and concluded we needed a new thermostat, proceeded to tell us he would sell us the $500 thermostat for $317, since that’s all he had on his truck, how convenient. This is not fix the problem either, so when I return home, called a friend, he came right over and simply cleaned the carbon up the flame sensor. It has been working great ever since. Draw your own conclusions, but anybody with any sense or experience in this industry should’ve started there. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!!
