One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Rob moiser was at my house all day today. He worked tirelessly to fix a heat pump / boiler system that was installed improperly in my parents in-law suite 7 years ago. Rob was extremely professional, respectful, clean, and was accommodating to my elderly parents. What a wonderful experience from service industry. I would recommend highly this company to anyone who needs quality work for a fair price. On a side note I have also used this company for HVAC heating and air conditioning electrical and septic work. I especially appreciate their appointment setting, identification of workers to be sent out on the job and they're tracking system of where their workers are and how long it will be until they get to your house. I think all service industry companies should aspire to this level of customer service integrity.

I have never used this business before my cooling unit went out. They sent out a technician who was wonderful very polite, very professional and did a great job Wes, was his name.

Wes, called me and told me that he I had an earlier opening and asked if I was OK with that that was more than wonderful! He was patient and quick on his service and again did a great job. Excellent employee!

I also didn’t know where certain things were on my panel and he not only showed me but he also wrote them in on the panel as well.

I had been with another company I will definitely be changing my company to this business.

Rick and Bridget were great 👍! Very professional, down to earth and very personable. Rick replaced a part in my furnace very quickly and he had my furnace up and running again in no time. I would definitely use this business again for my hvac needs.
If you have heating or cooling problems call them, they will treat you right ✅.

It’s a Rip off . I had called them top up Freon in the AC unit on 7/22. They had to fill only a little ; but much to my surprise they charged me for a full can worth. They are yet to refund me as on 11/4/22 today; although they said they will do so when I had called to express my concerns during end July2022.

Rick and Bridgett were super friendly, put on their booties before they came in, were very respectful and kept it real with me..which I highly appreciate. I could tell they are professionals they knew exactly what was there and how to service it. I felt that they were being very honest and they broke it down and explained how things worked. 5 star service!!

I ended up getting my Furnace replaced they did an excellent job, very professional 👏 👌 friendly. Kept in contact throughout the replacement. No scammers, real professionals and they literally got it installed a week after I picked the furnace I wanted. No hassle just performance 👌

Tom did a superb job of advising us regarding our air conditioning system… While we know it is in need of care… He was able to professionally and thoroughly assess the issue and give us very helpful advice with regard to how we should proceed with our system… In all likelihood we will be replacing our air-conditioning system, and look forward to his expertise after the system is installed so that we can continue to maintain our system efficiently and effectively… His guidance was excellent! We will be asking for him personally, for future services… This company is great!

Great service at a great price!!!! I’d recommend them to friends or family. It was in the middle of a mini heat wave and they were out within a day. Our AC unit was installed when the house was built in 1995 so we got more than our money’s worth on the original unit.

Even so the technician gave us options to temporarily get it going again but because it was leaking coolant he couldn’t guarantee how much time that would buy us. He offered to both replace the coolant and the part where the leak was coming from but with a unit that age my wife and I had already decided on replacement before the technician arrived if the repairs were going to be more than a couple of hundred bucks.

The technician walked us through each option in terms we could understand and talked about the pros and cons and of each step and what he could guarantee versus what he couldn’t. We went with replacement and two business days later during a mini heat wave we’ve got working AC again. We’re so thankful they got here quickly, replaced it all quickly and were professional and very helpful along the way. A+ service.

I really like that an email is sent ahead of the appointment, with the technicians name and picture. This is a GREAT practice and made me feel safer. Rick (technician) was Friendly, kind and did a wonderful job. He explained everything to me as he went along and showed me how to perform maintenance on my own.

Alex from One Hour was very professional and courteous. I asked quite a few questions and he was happy to explain everything that he found and even gave me a great tutorial on how the system worked. He was able to get here quickly and also found and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance program. Alex and One Hour will get high recommendations from me.
