One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I used One Hour back in 2016 when I bought a previous home I owned to install an AC system. Just used them again for an issue with my new home, they sent a gentleman named John out. He was on time, friendly, professional, and quick. Great company with great service.

They do their best to get to you at your appointment time, however, sometimes that is beyond their control depending on their other appointments issues PRIOR to your appointment. However, Rick was our technician. He was courteous, honest and showed us the capacitor that malfunctioned. He gave us a price and that is what we were charged and no more. It took him a total of about 20 minutes to fix our A/C and it was back up and running. Thank you Rick for a job WELL DONE!!

Furnace stopped working, they had someone at my home in just a couple hours. Alex was awesome!!! Super nice and he thoroughly explained everything to me. Joined their members club so they can help me maintain my furnace, a/c and water heater. Great company, highly recommend!! Customer for life!! Thanks for saving the day!

This was ny first experience with this company and each and every person I either spoke to or worked with was amazing. I have a very old AC unit and Rick was not only on time, professional and informative but he was able to find the issue quickly and let me know what could be done. It was fixed the same day in a reasonable amount of time. I onky waited a week for my appointment vs most 4+ wks just to look at it. Very happy with their business!

We are so thankful for Rick H. tonight! Our heat was out and he came right away. He was very nice and got us all fixed up. Even showed us why we’re having issues and we signed up for the monthly service to avoid this happening again. Happy for a warm house on this cold night!

John did his best, but our 23 year old AC unit finally needs to be replaced. Charles came out this morning to show us options for a replacement unit and we were very happy with his promptness, professionalism, and overall attitude. They were also the quickest in terms of scheduling.

As usual, whenever I call this company for service, they always arrive on time. My technician (Tom) was on time today and was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He took the time to explain what each part was controlling etc. I was surprised at how well he cleaned my air conditioning unit inside and out. I can honestly say that I have always been more than satisfied with this company and would never call anyone else.

Our A/C unit went down today and Rick showed up within 15 minutes! From start to finish he was professional and friendly. We have had many repairs over the years, but this one beats them all in the area of customer service. This is the first review I’ve ever written on here and I couldn’t imagine doing it for another business. Price for repair was more than fair and I would call them for any future work. Thank you!

I had my first yearly furnace inspection today. I was not experiencing issues, but wanted to proactively have a professional check out my furnace as it is 17-18 years old. Rick was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. After finding my existing furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, he gave me quotes for three options and thoroughly answered all my questions. He also provided all three quotes and a picture of my heat exchanger in an email. Rick gave me all the information I needed to confidently make my decision to move forward with a new furnace. My experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent.
