Northridge Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job installing my new A/C system. I wasn't looking forward to replacing my A/C this spring, but Cody and his install team made it painless. The Northridge team was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and most important to me, NO SALES PRESSURE!!! I definitely recommend their services, and will be calling with any future needs!

I had a fantastic experience with Cody and Rob replacing my A/C unit. Cody was able to provide me a quick and accurate estimate from just a few pictures. It was easy to schedule and the communication was better than any other competitor!

Cody answered my inquiry on a Saturday evening and came on a Sunday to troubleshoot our furnace during a cold snap in early March. He found the issue quickly…a bad gas valve. Fortunately we had downstairs and upstairs fireplaces that kept us the 50s and low 60s during this furnace failure. Although they didn’t have the part that day, they did return on Monday with the new gas valve. Had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Cody kept texting us frequently with updates so we knew what to expect. I have already recommended him to our neighbors.

Cody has done maintenance service on my furnace twice and a/c once. He is always personable, professional, and efficient during his maintenance calls. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this guy to anyone especially if you using home warranties. He will jack up the price and do the least work and give you the bottom line equipment. Double dipping. When you ask him he said you should have done the homework like you have time to call different companies when it is freezing out there. The worst was then when asked how much the unit will cost without insurance he said $3000 to $4000 then when insurance involved the price went to $4550 and less efficiency cheapest furnace you can get. . Unless you don’t care what you paying for and paying full cash he might treat you better and give you what you paying for. Sure I thought he had 5 or 6 good reviews but I am sure that’s not all he has installed that could have been a few friends and family, also the there is wholes and openings on the duct work and hot air is leaking in the basement so I had to get ducting tape and fix them BASED ON HIS RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE according to him I was nit picking. Anyway bottom line do YOUR HOMEWORK before you work with this guy.

The owner and his wife are some of the most caring people I know. In a pinch Cody will make sure you are not going without proper heating and cooling. I’ve watched them stand by new and old customers, even folks that are low and fixed income. Good family values always makes for a trust worthy company and that’s what Northridge has always seemed to be about. They are my first referral anytime I know someone who is having an issue.

I did not know much about Northridge Heating and Cooling. I chose randomly from a list provided to me by my warranty company AHS
Northridge is a very customer oriented company. Very understanding, highly efficient, friendly and very neat and clean. They installed my furnace in 2 and 1/2 hours. Ryan, the installer was extremely friendly , energetic, enthusiastic like Cody, the owner of the company. They are young and highly motivated to do an excellent job. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Cory and his crew did an amazing job installing our new AC unit. Cory was professional from the start. His prices are competitive, and they were in and out in 3 hours. I would definitely recommend Northridge Heating & Cooling to a friend.

The repairman, Cody, who also owns the company was personable, knowledgeable and very professional.
He explained what the problems could be and checked them off as he was diagnosing the issue.
He was thorough and timely in his diagnosis and repair.
In my opinion he has excellent and honest pricing.
Having found him after dealing with the lies and arrogance of the big, corporate HVAC companies, Northridge Heating and Cooling was a breath of fresh air.
I will recommend Northridge Heating and Cooling to everyone and as I told Cody, I’ve put his company on speed dial. Any and all of my heating and cooling problems will now exclusively be handled by Northridge Heating and Cooling.

Cody Smith was absolutely amazing. A Michigan winter with not working heat?? He was able to immediately help me with my problem & got my house cooking! Thanks again!
