I called on Saturday and spoke with Terri who was helpful and let me know that the service person would call when they were on their way. I received a call from Tim (service manager) letting me know he was about 25/30 minutes away. He was respectful, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get our AC fixed. I've used AAA in the past, and i'll keeping using AAA in the service. I feel they have a fair pricing and they have always been kind and professional. Thank you again Tim!

Service man was on time ,very pleasant and professional. I am terrible with names but I believe his name was ryan. Hard to make out on the bill. He replaced an outdoor faucet that had frozen and cracked this winter.This was the first plumber I had used in a while so I was initially a little shocked at the price. All worked out well in the end. Ryan?Did the repair very quickly and appears he used higher quality parts then the last plumber I used. Thanks for the great job. Hope I don't need them again but will most likely call for my next repair.

I contacted them because they are certified Bosch applicants service provider and we had Brian come over 2 times for the repair services. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staffs in the office were also professional and highly engaged and they made sure I were in the loop of their work schedule. They called back for feedback as well and I appreciate the good work they did and thanks for their services. Will call them if I have any needs in the future.

Unfortunately for us, we've needed multiple home repairs over the last year. My biggest regret is that my very first call was not to AAA Service Network. There's no way any other company can do better in professionalism, knowledge, timeliness, and pricepoint. The technicians are thoroughly trained and give you an honest assessment of the problem along with all of your options. They always clean up after themselves, and their work is guaranteed. You'd have to really go out of your way to have a bad experience. They will always be my first call for home repairs going forward.

Tim Rusk did a repair on my Dad's furnace. He did the original installation of the furnace and some of the annual service calls. He is always so kind and professional. It really touched my heart that he remembered some of the conversations he had with my Dad years ago. That is good, personal service. Thank you so much, Tim.

My father called this company to fix his furnace last year. While servicing the house they ended up breaking another part and left him without heat for days. Fast forward to now, my father uses this same company for a hot water tank and they tired to mark him up 500% for a part. I would not recommend this company for any older individuals or anyone who is looking for a fair price.

Anytime an appliance fails, I call. They are quick to schedule an appointment and their service engineers are very knowledgeable. If a part needs ordering, it’s a matter of a day or two before they replace the part which is wonderful. I have had numerous repairs over the years and they have fixed them all. I would highly recommend!

AAA was very responsive and helpful in getting our new Bosch oven fixed. Patrick came to our home and did an excellent job. He clearly is experienced and very professional!
I’ve used AAA before for a washer repair and will continue to use them without hesitation as need arises.

DISHONEST PRICING. We had an amazing experience with AAA service network for plumbing- this review is for their HVAC service. We had a leak in our unit, we were told it was in the evacuation coil- the entire experience after that was a sales pitch. Knowing the price for the coil is $300, plus labor, a reasonable price would be between $1,200-1,500. They wanted $3,600, said I had a warranty (which calling Lennox confirmed I didn’t) and brought it down to $2,400. I said that is a lot, he claimed we would never find a cheaper price. I wanted to talk with my husband who was not home before confirming price, which then magically got more money taken off if I do the care plan, oh and he could make the service price from the day partially just go into that price. I said I’ll confirm via phone, to which he forgot to tell me that his people said they only have one unit available right now covered by warranty and we should act fast or have to wait a while……either these are all very unfortunate coincidences and he truly forgot to professionally give me all options at once- or it’s a sales pitch. Called another HVAC place and said we need a new coil, quoted $1,200 and they were able to replace it in 2 days. As a wife who works from home- I shouldn’t feel like unless my husband is there, I’m being taken advantage of for pricing. Market prices vary, your schedules are busy, just do good and honest work with honest pricing.
