AAA Service Network

The service technician told me the compressor was shot that the refrigerator was not cooling. I have a dual refrigerator freezer system the refrigerator was cooling fine and the freezer was not. A week later and my refrigerator is still at 39 degrees.

AAA service made it right and refunded my service charge.

Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and found a setting on our unit that needed to be changed that we never would have found ourselves. It solved all of our problems almost immediately! So happy with the service and looking forward to continuing to work with AAA Service Network for our needs. They are always so prompt in responding to service requests and we've never had to wait more than one day for a technician to come out. Highly recommend!

AAA came out to diagnose a problem we were having related to a grinder pump. Service tech, Jacob Kletzka was very friendly, professional and on time for our appointment. He had great knowledge of how the system worked and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and thoroughly and did a great job explaining it to us. We will definitely call AAA Service Network again and will ask for Jacob. I would highly recommend AAA Service Network!!!

I used this business in the past for appliance warranty repair. I called them to give me an estimate on installation of two under cabinet kitchen lights. I paid them over $100.00 for them to come out and give me the written estimate but that charge would be credited back towards my bill if I used them. I already had a few lights in place so I said I'd supply the lights for install so they'd all be the same. It took 6 months for me to finally get the lights in due to inventory supply issues and when I called to set up installation they said it would be an additional 45% (over $200.00) in price due to the increase in parts and materials needed. If I'm suppling the parts how is there a price increase of 45% ? Labor has not been affected by inflation.. True price gouging. Shameful.
