The compressor in my old condenser failed and a new unit was required. Dave gave me a quote with several options to replace the unit with an equivalent model. After some back and forth I settled on an upgraded model (went from single to dual stage). I feel that I got a good price and installation went without a hitch. I had my furnace installed in 9/2017. Bill (former employee) did an exceptional job with the install and the furnace is running great.
However, the Owner, Dave Stark, was supposed to turn in my DTE refund application, which would have been a $250 savings (rebate) for my family and I. Almost 2 years later, I am not getting my text messages returned and still have not received the $250 rebate. I'm pretty sure too much time has elapsed, and that I am no longer eligible for the DTE rebate.
Also, I requested to get an estimate to replace my AC unit on several occasions, and never received a response.
Obviously, I will be using another service provider to purchase a new AC unit.
Alison Mechanical must not be in the business of making money and satisfying customers!

Amazing customer service. Honest and professional. They obviously care about their customers. Bill came to my house on a Saturday to get my furnace running. Probably one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Dave the owner came the next morning to address another issue and found and fixed a systemic wiring issue causing electrical faults throughout my house. Didn't even charge me for his labor or time. Will definitely call them first for any future furnace issues.

Was having issues with my boiler, this company was recommended to me, glad I called! Came out quick and fixed the problem quickly, took the time to explain how to avoid it again in future. 10 out of 10, will use again. Had an estimate from another company, turns out what they quoted wouldn't fix the problem and their quote was more than double what Alison charged! I'm very happy!!
