The folks at Alison Mechanical are honest and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need, and really have your best interest in mind. I just got a new high efficiency hot water heater, gas furnace, and air conditioner. Everything looks neat and professional, and works exactly as it should. They always arrived right on time and went out of their way to help me out. Without a doubt, this is the only company I'd go with.

Dave is very knowledgeable and fixed our furnace in no time at all. He was very prompt and courteous. I would recommend Alison Mechanical and I would call them again for my home.

We had Bill come and give us a quote on a new HVAC system. At the time only our AC was having major problems. He stepped us through all the available options, from fixing the existing AC to replacing the entire system. For a variety of reasons, we ultimately decided to change out the entire system. The reason I chose to go with Alison Mechanical was Bill's responsiveness throughout the process. I also very much appreciated his input into what was needed to gain the comfort we were looking for and what would just not be worth the money. I felt that he made recommendations as if he was installing the system in his own house. I would highly recommend Bill for any new HVAC install. I will continue to turn to Alison Mechanical for my HVAC needs.

I am a do-it-yourselfer, but always dreaded finding the right company to do the jobs I couldn't do because I could never find one that didn't always try to price gouge me. Well, today I found my new furnace guy! Bill was professional, answered all my questions, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, wrote up a very thorough report for the city inspection I have to pass, and even tightened down a vent connection on my water heater (which was unrelated to the furnace job he was there to do.) I am so pleased with my experience, I will be recommending Alison Mechanical to EVERYONE and I will be using them for all my furnace, water heater, and air conditioning needs for both my rental house and my primary residence from here on out. Thank you, Alison Mechanical!

I called 2 days ago to set up a maintenance visit for my HVAC and the lady who answered told me I would get a call back yesterday. I didn't receive a call back, but didn't think it was a big deal, so I called them back today. When I called back, a gentlemen answered the phone and I simply explained I needed to set up a maintenance visit and he immediately cut me off and said he could call me back in 2 weeks. I explained that I had called 2 days ago and never received a call back, he could only say that there have been too many emergency visits and it would be 2 weeks. A simple apology and explanation would have been understandable. I won't give my business to someone who is unprofessional.

You didn't say you schedule me in 2 weeks, you told me you could call me back in 2 weeks. Secondly, if you are so swamped with emergencies that you can't call me back for 2 weeks, I'm certainly glad you have the time to read and respond to your google reviews. Thirdly, you guys messed up when I was told I'd get a next day call back the first time I called. Maybe that person didn't understand how hectic the schedule is. That's okay. Maybe follow up with a "Sorry about the misunderstanding, here's what our timeline looks like, and we'd be happy to take care of it then." Being professional isn't about what you say, it's how you say it. Have a great day!

Called last week to schedule an appointment for a service call. Repeated calls to make the appointment, and this morning at 9 was the quickest they could do. I understand that, it's busy season. Come this morning, take time off work to be there at 9 and no tech. Call to find out about what time they will be out and they have no appointment for me and excuses as to why.
Called Jerry's - they'll be out tomorrow.

Dave went out of his way to make things great. Renee is very sweet and put up with me calling daily lol. This is an honorable company and I am thankful for their honesty and ability.

The heat went out in my office unexpectedly and these guys were able to get out to the office within a few hours, ran out and grabbed the parts, and returned to get it running again same day. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely call again.
