I have never had a better experience working with a contractor on my home than I just had with Heinanen Engineering replacing my furnace and central air unit. From the very first conversation with the exceptionally friendly and efficient office staff, to the in-depth visit by engineer Jeff, to the actual installation by the meticulous Nick and Jake, I felt that I was heard, valued, and served at the highest level. On a fussiness scale of 1-10, my wife and I are an 11. Having workers in the house makes us fret over the floors and the walls, and the mess that commonly gets left by the people hired to fix whatever broke. We shouldn’t have worried this time. The Heinanen team respected our home and left it exactly as they found it (only with better heating and cooling). With all of the trips up and down to the basement, and all the equipment and appliances hauled down and up the stairs, I don’t think I heard a door or wall banged once! They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, and all at the very highest quality. You can find cheaper, but I can’t imagine better. Look, we’ve all had horrible experiences with repair work on our homes. If you can put a dollar value on respect, professionalism, and attention to detail, I think you’ll find Heinanen Engineering to be worth every penny.

We are having a whole house hvac system including ductwork, tankless water heater, and power backup installed. I did a lot of research on this and other businesses. But the superior quality of the products and the impressive knowledge of the engineer for designing the system sold us. The entire staff have been the best to work with. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable are qualities of them all!!!

I'm a retired NASA engineer and I can't say enough about Jeff and his crew. I've used them for over 20 years now on our home and several rental properties. Jeff is also an engineer and is an excellent student of the business. He keeps current on advancing technologies as well as fully understanding all aspects of the HVAC business. It's always fun for me, as a technical person, to talk with Jeff about technical issues and he's always well informed. Jeff insists on high quality work and his crew delivers. We're all human and an occasional mistake happens. Jeff makes sure it's promptly corrected.

We were in an urgent situation never knowing if we’d have heat in the next few hours or not. (Our furnace was only 6 yrs old and come to find out there were many issues with installation). With the first call they were great-starting with Toni in the office. She was able to get Jeff out quickly and at that point the journey began. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the situation we had going on and our options on how to move forward whether it was with his company or not. He took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions without putting on pressure. The Technicians Jake and Nick were fantastic as well. Both were very knowledgeable as well and explained what was happening each day and what to expect the next day. They also welcomed questions from us as well. They also were on time EVERY day and worked the entire day! Jake and Nick were cheerful, friendly and thorough in their work. Kudos to Toni in the office who helped us deal with some paperwork with the utility company. They’ve all been stellar to wrk with.

Bought a house with existing Trane system, had Steve out to do maintenance and explain system. He was great. Very helpful. We understand the system much better now. Will continue to use Heinanen for everything!

As always happy with their service. The texts are very knowledgeable and do a good job. Also very personable I've known Steve for years now. Always the happy to talk volleyball and his daughter playing.

Steve was very professional. On time (early actually) and had good communication before the visit. Had them out for an ac checkup. Didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't needed and gave me some good maintenance tips. Would certainly call them again.

Needed servicing for a/c and generator. Steve was prompt and took the time to explain what he was doing, changed the oil, etc. So I'm good until next time.

I had them install a whole house 22KW generator.The work was outstanding and the whole team was great to work with. The installation was on time and I am impressed with how great the the end results are. Great job!
