PHENOMENAL experience and quality - from my 1st phone call to Heinanen Engineering to the clean-up and walkthrough after installation, everything was just perfect! My call was answered by Toni who was very helpful. She assisted me in 1st getting my furnace issue repaired quickly and then setting up an appointment for consultation on a new system that was convenient. Jeff arrived on time and was EXTREMELY thorough. We talked at great length about our wants/need and we walked around our home inside and out while discussing all facets of our home, our outdated system and even the need to move our dryer vent. Every detail was covered, explained and we received a thorough education on furnaces, heat pumps, airflow, allergy prevention, energy cost savings, etc. His recommendations, custom-designed for our home, were comprehensive solutions that solved our issues and enhanced our in-home environment for the long term. Jeff and his team’s knowledge and care were evident every step of the way. The Heinanen Engineering team’s attention to detail was meticulous.

Once we scheduled an installation, the Heinanen Engineering team showed up early and worked very hard for 4 straight days. We had a complete Trane HVAC system install: new furnace, heat pump, humidifier, tankless hot water system, new lines from Heat Pump to furnace, electrical wiring, outside venting installed, CleanEffects Whole Home Air Cleaner, gas lines, etc The quality of materials, craftsmanship, expertise and care for our home are apparent in every facet of the our interactions and the final product. We are extraordinarily happy with every person, piece of equipment, seem, pipe, wiring placement and timing of the work.

Jake and Nick, the 2 technicians who handled the installation were friendly, timely, caring and hard-working. They are AWESOME!! Their clean-up after the whole system replacement was very thorough, inside and outside our home, and their exceptional skills and talent are evident in every detail and make me smile every time I look at our shiny new energy-efficient equipment.

Steve Davis came today 4/24/23 to perform yearly maintenance on our generator and A/C. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate Heinanen for their excellent service for all our A/C/Gen needs.

Replaced our entire HVAC systems. We have three separate systems and the work was impeccable.

When we first met with Jeff Heinanen we could tell he knew what he was talking about and he explained what he felt we needed. Compared to the other two companies we had out, Heinanen Engineering's price was the highest, but we thought his explanation and plan warranted the price.

Nick, Jake and Steve came out to do the install and they couldn't have been more pleasant to have in our home. They worked well together and did a great job. They were able to fit a large system in a tight space. Not only does the new system work extremely well, running so quietly we weren't sure it was running, the guys did a great job of making it look nice.

I would highly recommend the Heinanen Engineering team for any of your heating/cooling needs. They are professional, polite, considerate and at times funny.

We recently had a furnace/heat pump and tankless water heater installed in our home. The exceptional customer service experience is the exact same now as it had been in the past. From Jeff (Owner) answering any/all questions (even when out of the office), the professionalism/knowledge/thorough installation performed by Jake & Nick, and the office friendliness/updates from Toni, the issues we had with our previous furnace and tank water heater were quickly erased upon completion.

Not only is install complete, but there is a home walkthrough a few weeks after with Jeff to ensure everything is going well. Other companies dealt with in the past just dont have the same customer service that Heinanen Engineering exhibits.

We have/will continue to refer Heinanen Engineering for any/all HVAC and plumbing needs.
