We had a great experience with Heinanen Eng. Our old furnace quit working on one of the coldest weeks this winter, we called Heinanen, and they came out right away, to inspect the existing system then to review options to get our heat back on fast. We decided to go with a complete new heating, cooling, and humidification system, with a smart wi-fi thermostat. They were able to get the equipment within a day or two, tear out our old equipment and did a temporary installation of the new furnace so that we had heat. They came back at a later date to finish the installation of all the other equipment. The entire crew from the owner, to the installation guys, to the office staff were a pleasure to work with, did and outstanding installation, and took great care to protect our home from dirt or damage. The new Trane system is great, and we would highly recommend Heinanen Eng. to anyone looking for new heating and cooling equipment for their home.

For years, they treated my elderly parents with a level of kindness that mirrors family, particularly Laurie who answers the phone, faithfully and with a sense of genuine benevolence. There's a litany of accolades one could bestow upon this company, no doubt. Suffice it to say, they purport themselves with a level of professionalism and aplomb that ensures I look nowhere else for my heating and cooling needs.

Everyone was very professional and the customer service and willingness to help is truly excellent. Unfortunately technically they were not able to solve my oil furnace issue after 3 visits and recommending me to call elsewhere - so being out all the money and time and in the same situation as before calling I have to rate a 3 solely upon their great customer service and professional communication. I'm sure if this was not an oil furnace the experience would have been a 5. Would still consider using again on a non-oil system.
