Efficient Energy Enterprises was there when we needed them. As a smaller family run business, they treat their customers very well. Craig, Julie, Kyle, and the whole team are efficient, kind, and responsive. They gave us options as to what equipment to install and answered any questions we had. There won’t be another company we go with in the future for our heating and cooling needs!

I highly recommend Efficient Energy! They installed my HVAC unit four years ago and have maintained it since. The service guys like Craig and Chase are always friendly and efficient. And, as someone that gets caught up in day to day life, I'm so grateful to Julie and her team in the office for the mailed reminders to schedule my maintenance appointments. Just an all around wonderful company to work with!

We have had Efficient Energy service our Heating and AC unit for over 18 years. When we needed a new unit, we didn’t hesitate to use them. The installation went very well. Excellent company with excellent customer service.

Last week we had a brand new American Standard Silver Series air conditioner installed by Efficient Energy Enterprises. We are new customers and we are happy customers with the Air Conditioner and with the Installers who were great. Pat and Kyle were punctual, professional, and personable. What really impressed me with them is that they finished the job in one visit. They didn't say they will be back the next day to finish. They put protective covering on the stairs and carpeting in the basement. Kyle put white marble
stones under the platform of the unit. They matched the stones that I had around the patio. It really looked nice and professional. And before they left they cleaned everything up that they had used on the job. Yes it was a job
well done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good and reputable company for their heating or cooling needs. I also liked the fact that Efficient Energy Enterprises is a Family Owned Business.

SO HAPPY with Efficient Energy Enterprises and the work Kyle/team did on our HVAC unit. Our A/C went out the night prior (during a week we were hitting mid 80-90 degrees!) and EEE was able to get a team out the same day to look at the issues. It was efficiently identified and FIXED in the same day. The team was incredibly kind and informative (even called out an issue they saw with our sump pump). Thankful to have a great local company that saves the day!

We had a leaking issue when we call them they were immediately on it. They found the source and fix it without charge and explained why.During the search they actually found one of the cables was chewed by a rodent we had no idea. They just take care everything for a very reasonable price. Also the office when you call for appointment super friendly.

Wow, customer service, attention to detail. I am a picky customer, and have never recommended a contractor in the past, BUT EEE Earned this. No hesitation recommending them to friends and family. Great Job.

We moved into our home Fall 2018 and rather than add hundreds of dollars of Freon to the existing 24 year old air conditioner, we decided to replace. Start to finish the experience with Efficient Energy Enterprises was excellent. Estimation process for the new unit was low pressure, and the size and efficiency of the recommended unit were ideal for the size of our home and the Michigan climate. Responses via phone to my follow-up questions were patient and thorough. The installation was faster than expected and clean up was perfect. The technicians also adjusted the furnace fan and air vents to improve airflow. As well, I appreciated their advice on proper thermostat settings and furnace filters to optimize both heating and cooling and extend the life of the system. Our two-story home is now much cooler with more uniform temperatures. Thank you, Kyle, Pat, and the entire Efficient Energy Enterprises team!

We’ve lived in our home for almost 11 years. We first used Efficient Energy to install a whole house humidifier. Their service was excellent so when we had an issue with our Furnance we knew exactly who we wanted to call. Their office staff are courteous and helpful as are their technicians. What we liked most is that they were respectful, took the time to explain the issues in a way homeowners can understand and were honest and up front about costs and services recommended. So when our 3rd water heater in 10 years started leaking we called them. It was a Friday afternoon and Stephanie scheduled an appointment for someone to come out first thing Monday morning as the leak was small. About 10 minutes after I hung up I received a call back from Stephanie informing me that if the tank was less than 6 years old it should be under warranty and I should call the manufacturer or whomever installed it. Well I explained it was my husband and nephew ( he’s a plumber) were the installers and it would be more hassle and time to go that route but I thanked her for trying to save us some money. Kyle and another guy ( sorry didn’t catch his name) were out the following Monday to do the install. They protected our hardwood and carpeted basement stairs and also were wearing masks and booties. Kyle inquired as to why we were already on our third water tank. I explained that it seemed to be the norm for living in the city of South Lyon and explained how my neighbors have also repeatedly replaced their water heaters. It was puzzling to them as we have a water softener as do my neighbors. They were efficient with their install and left no trace of them being there. A couple days later I get a call from Julie asking if she could send someone over to test our water pressure , free of charge, as she was puzzled as to why we were having to replace our water heater so frequently. I agreed and because of her doing that we discovered our water pressure was higher than what most hot water heaters are made to withstand and she advised us to have a plumber install a whole house regulator. This team of people went above and beyond and truly care about their customers. I recommend them to anyone I know when they are looking for a heating and cooling place.
