Our Tech, Steve, called to see if he could come by early as he was in the area. Arrived as promised and got our AC back up and running. Explained the problem, fixed it and did some routine maintenance on the unit. Very courteous and professional. Will call HE for all our HVAC needs in the future.
My furnace stopped working on a very cold day, and I didn’t think it was possible to get such fast service. Completely finished, from my phone call for service to the technician leaving my house, in 2.5 hours. The technician was knowledgeable and polite and was upfront and honest, he kept me updated on all the progress while he worked. A lifesaver!

To make a long story short, I was extremely pleased and the city inspector stated it was the best home installation he had every seen. "Commercial Quality in a residence".
I have had them out a couple times since for preventative maintenance or other small jobs. I have not yet needed any mechanical maintenance on the systems they installed, which speaks to the quality of both the product manufacturer (TRANE) and Heinanen Engineering's installation.
I have been very pleased with every interaction and plan on having them out to work on the systems in a new home I am in the process of purchasing. I am a customer for life.

Heinanen is a very good company, pleasant to work with and took care of our A/C in one day after calling. We will be using them again for sure. Also girl that answered phone was very nice and obviously good at her job. She set us up and Jake came out and took care of our problem. Very nice and professional.
Heinanen must be consulted if you are planning to replace your furnace or AC. I met with five local heating and cooling contractors, and it was clear Heinanen was the true expert in this industry. It was very apparent that the owner Jeff Heinanen wanted to give us the system that would work best for us long term. We also had an very abnormal issue to deal with, and Jeff made sure the problem was solved, even though it wasn't his responsibility. For a few dollars more, I feel we got a far better system than anyone else was offering, or able to provide.

True professionals. We have had Heinanen out to service our old furnace and just recently to install our new #TraneXC95m which will dramatically reduce our energy use. A large step we are really excited about taking! With our new #CleanEffects filters we are seriously breathing easy-(and the last filter/s we'll have to buy!). All service technicians were knowledgeable, timely, and thoughtful guys. By far the most cleanly service people we have ever worked with. Incredible value, you won't regret choosing them!
Great experience! I like to keep as much service and purchasing as I can to local vendors. Heinanen Eng. was responsive and out to fix my AC the same day I called. Jake was professional, kind, and explained the break/fix in layman terms. Thanks Jake! The only reason I didn't give them a five star rating is because the service fee was not included in the cost of the fix. In my experience with plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies in the past, the cost of the service call is usually applied toward the cost of the fix. That being said, I would still call them back because I felt safe and comfortable with them in/at my home.
