Heinanen has been out to service our very outdated AC unit multiple times. They always show up on time and ready to help. Their technicians have repeatedly impressed us with their knowledge and information. They have found affordable fixes for us each time, and we couldn't be happier with them!

I called because of an A/C issue that I had no idea how to find or fix. The technician very quickly diagnosed the issue (our Nest thermostat was stealing power from the furnace) and gave me straightforward advice on how to fix it–get a different thermostat. He very easily could’ve made it out to be something worse/more expensive if upselling was what he had in mind; nothing even close to that happened. Solid experience, if I ever need HVAC service I’ll definitely be calling them again!

Our furnace had a faulty Ignitor and of course it was on a Sunday. But I called and Steve picked up immediately. He was at out home within the hour and replaced the Ignitor quickly. Fantastic service! Definitely on the top our list for future service.

My A/C wasn't working so I arranged for a service call to fix the problem. Steve evaluated my system and confirmed the unit was low on Freon. He gave me several options for addressing the problem and his advice, along with other helpful information. I'm now enjoying cool, conditioned air rather than the sweltering heat of the past week.

Jeff Heinanaen and his employees are passionate about what they do and it shows. We replaced our hot water heating system with a Trane furnace/AC system and a tankless water heater. This was a major project. We were very impressed with how it was all planned out and completed according to schedule.

We contracted Heinanen to install a whole house Generac. The Heinanen team
committed three full days to our complex job, arriving promptly and working hard through hot, muggy weather. The workers were professional and conscientious, identifying and correcting pre-existing electrical issues and consulting us regarding aesthetic placement of components. The unit works perfectly and gives us peace of mind for future power outages. With over 12 years of experience with this company, we are confident in timely, responsive service from this company and recommend it highly.

Very responsive. Technician was professional and provided easy to understand options. They really were very caring and fit us in to get our hot water tank repaired. Service was outstanding.

Called for an emergency service call for furnace on a Friday evening when weather temperature was single digits. Jeff politely told me that it would take a while to get out to us based on the workload they already had. He then asked me if I was handy and walked me through troubleshooting the furnace, and coached me step by step on how to clean the sensor that was causing my furnace to fail. Within five minutes my furnace was up and running. Can't wait to schedule my yearly maintenance with them.

Being new to the area, my AC needed a maintenance check, so I went searching for Heating & Cooling places and came across Heinanen Engineering. OMG, I am so glad I chose them … from beginning to end I was blown away with Nicole’s and Steve’s professionalism and service!!
