Jeff and team were fantastic and thorough. We received several bids for a new AC unit and Heinanen by far was the most communicative and best overall value, giving us information and tips beyond just the AC unit itself. We've struggled to find an HVAC company we trust, but no longer! I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Heinanen!

Had a new Trane furnace and ac system installed. The job looks great. Needed routine maintenance and filter problem .fixed which needs new part. This company have always been very good with scheduling and repairs. They provide great comfort for their clients.

Heinanen Engineering has taken GREAT care of us for almost twenty years! Recently our 17 yr.old hot water tank started leaking. When Jeff Heinanen heard that we had no hot water, he rearranged his entire working schedule a round and installed a tankless water heater and a new furnace in only four days. His crew are all hard workers and I appreciate how they always call first to let us know when they are on their way.

I look forward to doing business with them again. Upon my 1st call, I received prompt, courteous and professional service. They kept me well informed and did what they said they would do. Steve, our technician, wore boot covers, a mask and was great to deal with. We had furnace maintenance done and he even checked the airflow at the registers. We highly recommend Heinanen Engineering! We contacted them to give a quote on a new HVAC system. Jeff came out, walked through the whole house, and asked questions about what we were looking for and any concerns we had. Other companies we had out gave the estimate for just the furnace and AC, while Jeff looked at all kinds of other things that would improve our heating and cooling overall. Updating of the duct work around the furnace to make airflow better was one thing that the other companies didn't even mention. Heinanen also fixed the water line going to the humidifier, as it was something he said could very likely leak in the future. Because we also have a standby generator, Jeff also suggested contacting Consumers Energy about a meter upgrade to ensure it could handle our generator, in addition to the new furnace. That again was something no other company had pointed out in previous estimates. The thorough inspection, and giving us such valuable information about these extra things that needed attention, ultimately made the decision to choose Heinanen very easy! The install crew were super friendly, on time, clean, and did a fantastic job explaining the process. They all truly went above and beyond with their top notch customer service!

Jeff Heinanen did thoroughly guide us in the process of what products were available & most suitable, at the different price points. Explaining the install, and what was needed by me to prepare both the outside site area & basement area's. The two tech. service installers, Jake & Nick were always on time, knew what they were doing ( experienced ) , did a good job; explained things when asked. good job. Yes I will recommend their service.

My husband & I just had a new HVAC system installed by Heinanen Engineering. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Jeff, the owner, is knowledgeable and was a no-pressure salesman. The installers were also very knowledgeable and always took the time to answer all our questions during the installation.
