Hazen came to check out our air conditioner and he was really friendly and knowledgeable. The company is great to work with, I highly recommend them. They are very friendly over the phone too and I like the service calls and reminders. Thank you for the great customer service.

It was an overall very good experience, from the scheduling to the fixing of the issue. Mathew did a great job with explaining what the issue was and my options of repairing it. Mathew installed the new part and cleaned up, even offered to clean the floor under the washer when he pulled it out. I will definitely use AAA Service again.

Although not the cheapest option for my home backup generator installation project, AAA still won my business over competitors through sheer professionalism and commitment to quality. The customer service and sales teams were thorough, respectful, and responsive to all of my needs; the installation team showed up exactly when they said would and did a highly professional job. When I called for emergency assistance on Saturday - Clerk who was working so helpful and comforting. She managed to get the Technician to come on Sunday. The technician Matt came and fix the problem. He was very polite and explained the details about the situation. You guys are lucky to have Matt as a technician and the Clerk as your team. I was very happy and fully satisfied between the communication and the work well done. I am 100% satisfied. Keep up the good work.

I had AAA service my air conditioning and my refrigerator, not at the same time. The repair man for my air conditioning was outstanding, explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable and confident in what his diagnosis was. I thought this was only chance but when my refrigerator broke down I called them again and they were just as good for the refrigerator as they were for the air conditioning. I highly recommend this company, I wish I own stock in it, I won’t go anywhere else for my appliance services.

Matt was incredibly professional and informative. He was thorough in his testing and made sure that I completely understood the problem and how he was going to fix it. He gave great advice on annual maintenance and recommendations for extending the life of our appliances!

Matt came to check my air conditioner that was not blowing at full power. He entered my home and immediately put on boot covers, and respectfully inquired about my issue and listened to my explanation. He was very tolerant of the sniffing of my 14 year old dog and engaged with my curious toddler. Matt informed me of the cause of my issue and what would need to be replaced. Even though I have an older model unit, he did not push or even mention a replacement of my entire system just the part that was causing me problems. This made me truly feel that Matt and AAA Service cared about resolving my a/c issue not just how much money they could make off of my service call. I will contact them without hesitation for any of our future need of any of AAA's services because of the wonderful service provided to my family.

I called AAA Dunlaps for dryer service and they were able to get Pat out on the same day. The dryer was fixed promptly at a fair price. They are a very friendly and professional company.

Kyle was outstanding!! He was fast, efficient and fixed my fridge for $200! He saved me from buying a $2000 new fridge!!! he was kind enough to follow up with me and take my business cards for my water filtration business to pass along to his service and sales managers. What an incredibly Kind gesture. The office lady even communicated my desire to refer their company and ask they refer me too for salt delivery or anything softener related. How incredible is this communication and this business!!! I highly recommend them.
