What a great experience.. we called and Keith was here the next business day to evaluate our situation .. then back the day after to install new air conditioner.. what a great company .. we have had Keith in the past years for all our heating and air conditioning issues . Keith and his guys are Prompt .. courteous .. efficient …and above all TRUSTED to deliver what they promise .. we would never use any one else for our services . Keith was incredibly knowledgeable and able to get my furnace running in minutes. I woke up with my furnace off and my house at 60 degrees with my newborn and 5 year old daughter. I saw his sticker on the furnace from when the furnace was installed 20 years ago.

I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he came to the rescue. He was up front with the price (and it was cheap!) and told me everything I needed to know about the state of the furnace, water heater, sump pump, & AC.

Local and good hearted guy. Will definitely be using him in the future and will be recommending him whenever I get a chance.

Service was exceptional! I highly recommend Patriot heating and cooling! We received a quick quote and 4 days later we had a new furnace and AC. Keith responded to all calls and requests promptly and courteously. Covered flooring with mats on entry and cleaned up everything before leaving. Top notch work and service. Also, Patriot Heating has been servicing our old furnace/AC for years at very reasonable rates.

Keith was able to come out the day I called. He looked over my AC and gave me an honest quote. He answered all my questions and answered more when I called him the next day over and over. He's a very patient man who wants to take care of you. Keith and Doug came out and installed our new AC and A Coil two days later and were very professional and polite, making sure to use our walk out basement door so they didn't track dirt through the house. We will be calling Patriot again.

Just finally had the time to give a huge Thank You shout out to Keith at Patriot Heating & Cooling. I have been home recovering from heart surgery and have been more thankful than ever for our cool home.
Back in June 2021 during the very hot and humid days, our central air decided to stop working. My 84-year-old father lives with us and has health issues and we knew we needed it fixed fast . Keith was very kind hearted and truly understanding of the urgency of our situation . Not only did he come out ASAP, he took the time to give us an honest diagnosis and a very reasonable charge for fixing what was wrong. We look forward to seeing him again in the fall for maintenance service.

I had hired Patriot Heating and Cooling in order to do a cleaning/inspection of my existing furnace that was operating in a loud manner. Keith came out and promptly diagnosed the problem. He also provided insightful suggestions regarding my current furnace humidifier that I wasn't really happy with either. Consequently, Keith quoted me a very reasonable price to replace my furnace with a new 96% efficiency furnace and install a new humidifier. The following week his crew promptly arrived at my home at the designated installation date/time and did a fantastic installation. They also took great care not to damage or soil the walls or carpeting in moving the furnaces in/out of my home. When finished, Phil made it a point to show me and my wife how to operate the new furnace and humidifier as well as patiently answered all of our questions. We had a new furnace and hot water heater installed in June. The experience was great. From the quote to the install, everything is perfect. Their prices are very reasonable. Our AC went out a few weeks ago and we contacted several local companies for estimates on replacing the AC and furnace. We went with Patriot Heating and Cooling and are so glad we did. They delivered as promised, were prompt and professional, included an updated thermostat and flushed the lines at no extra charge and got us on the schedule quickly. Phil and Don really did an outstanding job with the install and I can’t say enough about them and the company. I highly recommend them.
