AAA Service Network

I was able to get same day service. Our technician (I believe his name was Matt) was very professional and friendly and efficient. He was able to recognize the problem with our dryer quickly, and had all the parts with him to make the repair. We have used AAA Service quite a few times through the years for different appliances, and we've always been happy with their technicians and service.

We needed our dishwasher repaired. Pat (359) was very thorough and checked everything. After determining that he had to order a part, he scheduled us for a second appointment two days later. He installed the part, and everything has been working perfectly since then. He was quick, neat, and friendly. I would recommend AAA Service to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Carter and Gavin were great! They detected the source of our plumbing problem and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. They worked with complete transparency and cleaned up before leaving. I'd definitely recommend them.

Our basement flooded after both of the sump pumps failed. I contacted AAA Services through their website late on a Saturday. A customer service rep contacted me early Sunday morning, with an offer of an emergency service. I opted to schedule during normal business hours.
The service technician arrived on time. He was courteous and efficient. After evaluating the cause of the flood, he quoted replacement of the sump pumps and associated piping. I accepted the quote. The work was completed that day, within a few hours. Our home is on a high water table. We have peace of mind that this will no longer create problems with water in our basement.

Very disappointing we were initially given a 10 o’clock appointment It was rescheduled for 4pm then it was rescheduled for 5 PM repairman didn’t arrive until six. We sat around all day waiting for this repair man. Then when he arrived he did not freely communicate what the problem was.
I had to point out the nest stop working even after it was charged I also told him the furnace was blowing out cool air. His response was there’s only 4 wires on the nest it should be 5 he questioned how long we had it. (3 years ) he responded it crazy there’s air blowing from the floor heaters. Because there was air Blowing I assumed the furnace wasn’t the problem. Then when he checked the furnace he sat a rusted part on our carpet it left a stain he denied doing that. My husband and I were the only ones here the stain was wet and in close proximity of where he was. Wow Really not honest
I had to ask him multiple questions about what the problem was he said the furnace had gotten to hot and it tripped something to cool the furnace down and the furnace continue to run also because it got hot it killed the switch to the thermostat. His plan was to see why the safety switch got hot and tripped the power to the thermostat and furnace. Then his final diagnosis was rust was clogging the secondary heat exchanger and we need a new furnace. WOW REALLY
I had to question if it could be repaired he said it would be more expensive to repair than to replace it
So the replacement cost went from $4995 to over $5,000 including a 5% discount my husband is a retired Commander from military.
I’m considering a second opinion.

I have used AAA Service Network several times for various home repairs. They are very reasonably priced and offer service plans, which provides additional savings. They do a great job every time. Recently, I had a clogged kitchen sink, which they came out to repair. Because of AAA Service Network’s thoroughness, the technician noticed I had a leak in a unrelated pipe, which thankfully he was able to repair on the spot. In another instance, I had a leaky toilet; the technician noticed that the toilet had become loose because it was never secured with bolts. He quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend AAA Service Network and the services they offer.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time as promised. He did an excellent job replacing our sump pump. He was very respectful in regards to covid precautions and careful with my pets while doing work in my house. I would highly recommend AAA Service and especially Jacob to anyone that needs home repairs!

You guys charge $1042.95 to replace a basic kitchen faucet in a small condo? That seems a bit like you are taking advantage of people. When my Mom showed me this receipt, I was enraged. A project this simple, other people should be aware before they call for a service.

My washer was not working properly. The AAA tech, Matt, was on time, had a good personality and very capable with the repair work. Now my old machine is as good as new.
