One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Our existing system was 28 years old and at the end of its life. Conner came out and evaluated our system and recommended replacement. We agreed and he gave us several options that included repairing our old system. We agreed it should be replaced and they installed it the next day. Good people doing good work and we highly recommend them to anyone needing service or replacement. Our installers, Dustin and Angel were fantastic and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely use them again.

My AC kept shutting off and I had been putting it off and just suffering in the heat for a while until I finally called a couple of companies. Not only was One Hour more affordable than the other company I got a quote from, but they were some of the sweetest people! I ended up purchasing and having them install a new unit and I’m extremely happy with how quick they were able to get me on their books and help me out.

My house is now a cool 70 and life is already much better and less sweaty!

They’ve always been professional and helpful and teaching a housewife how to take care of the air conditioner, but Nathan Dickinson and Connor and Richard from one hour Air conditioning are the best ….extremely friendly, personable, a true blessing to meet, very thorough , knowledgeable good people and company. Ashleigh who starts the process for you always makes you feel better in a stressful situation when she answers the phone. I was very well pleased with their service and their prices. Hard to find folks like Nathan these days would highly highly recommend.

Our technician Alex came at the beginning of his window and was very pleasant. Had our issue fixed in about 30 mins and we are back to cooling the house. Ty for coming out same day! We are eternally grateful! Highly reccomend this service if you need someone asap.

We were forced to schedule after hours for an emergency repair due to our unit suddenly stopping. They came out same day, and fixed the issue quickly. The techs were friendly, informative and professional. The reps that scheduled the service were also very personable, polite, and empathetic. 10/10.

Nathan went above and beyond to get our A/C system working. One of our A/C units was frozen with ice, so he came back at 8:00 pm when it had thawed to properly check out it. He explained everything he did and the fees charged were completely reasonable. I could not be happier to have found an honest, conscientious, and knowledgeable A/C person! They have a customer for life!
