Tom performed AC tuneup for us. He was very professional and on time. We are very happy for the service. There were no hidden charges, they have maintained the transparency very well. I must say they take their job very seriously and deliver the Best.

I called to get an estimate to re-level my air conditioner and was never given a quote, instead a "comfort specialist" Chris Horton was sent out to sell me an $18,000 new unit. He asked if I was having an attitude with him when I implied I was going to shop around. This reviewer understands that businesses need to make sales, but this company does not even pretend have their customers interests in mind. Do your research ahead of time and don't fall for their unprofessional tactics. Customers deserve a basic level of respect.

Incredible!! The techs were amazing. Did exactly what they said and didn't cost a penny more. The fee to show up was $50 to 60 dollars less than others I called. Plus they were the only ones that could show up the same day, which is great when the temps get down to the 50's in the house in December. Very pleased. 😁👍

This company exceeded all expectations on the timing of their arrival. Within 2.5 hours of calling a technician named Alex was at my door and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, offered some great wisdom and advice and was professional the entire time; most importantly, he fixed the problem. I would most definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Our furnace gave out Tuesday night. I called One Hour and was told a repairman would be here first thing Wednesday. It was going to cost too much to repair our 30 year old furnace. A salesperson gave us 5 estimates to choose from. Wednesday evening we made our choice and first thing Thursday morning they were here to remove the old furnace and AC and install a new one. We could not have hoped for better service. Who would've thought on a Tuesday night in December, just after Christmas that a furnace would fail and within 48 hours a new one would be installed. Everytime we use the triad of companies, Mr. Sparky, Ben Franklin and One Hour it is reinforced that they are the best at what they do. We've never had a bad experience. Everyone did their jobs very well and Chad did a great install!

Have been without working air in my new condo all summer! Contractor gave us a band aid twice. 3rd time...no show and no call from the former! One Hour found and fixed the leaks and after another long hot weekend got us fixed up and working the way you expect a new PC of equipment to work! Thank you Rob for getting us up and running the way we should be! Nice job One Hour! We appreciate and will continue to do business with a company that still believes in customer service! You are few and far between!

Professional work indeed - Alex, Scott and Todd was really patient with the work and provided excellent job on repairing and installing the furnace system. I would highly recommend this company for services. They diagnose with full disclosure and care for customers opinion in making a decision. Pricing is reasonable and provides service at priority.

I judge a company by 2 standards. 1) how they respond to regular requests 2) how they handle things when they go wrong. This company gets 5 stars for both. They repaired my A/C unit a year ago. We were on vacation and came home on a Saturday to a 88 degree home I called them and they came out same day to discover that the motor that was replaced a year ago had failed. It was under warranty and they ordered the unit. They went out of their way to make sure unit was repaired before another heat wave came through. Great service and Rick was great!

They were great! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Our technician, Wes, was great. He did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. Will definitely use again.

Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. Not only did he repair my furnace, he also gave me great advice and tips on how to get the most out of my system. All around great service, and a job well done.
