One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I called the day before and they had a guy out the next morning! Quick, easy, and my repairman was very nice and informative on telling me what was wrong and what they had to replace. Also their service fee was cheaper than others I looked at!

Cody was great! He was here exactly when he said he would be. He was informative, kind, quick and efficient. He explained to me everything I would be charged for before he began, and got our AC back working quickly!

Joe is wonderful! He called to let me know he would be able to come earlier than the scheduled timeframe and then arrived right when he said he would. He shared his knowledge and explained everything he was doing. He also made the extra effort to clean around both the inside and outside unit. Joe’s expertise is evident, and his friendly disposition is an added bonus!

Just had our AC fixed by Jamie and Nick. Both were super cool and knowledgeable. Professional and fast. Thanks a bunch.

The man is a legend. He not only fixed our furnace but gave me a taught me a bunch of stuff I wasn’t even aware of about my furnace. He was very friendly and talked with me and my wife. He even threw in filters on him because ours were bad. Cost of service was fair. He was able t make it two hours before the appointment which was great since it’s so cold. In just a couple hours we had heat again. Seriously though if you use one hour heating and cooling ask for Big Joe.

John could not have been better - he called to let me know he could be there within 20 minutes and was. His mannerisms and technical ability to diagnose the problem with our furnace were excellent. I’d recommend John & his company to anyone else who needs furnace service work!

Woke up to no heat, was able to get someone to my house within 36 hours. Luckily it was a quick fix and heat was restored on this visit and it didn’t break the bank. Definitely will use in the future

Our technician Keith was great. Explained everything as he was doing it and what the issue was and how to fix it.

Joe did an excellent job. He flushed the pipes so there wouldn’t be any back up. He also cleaned gunk out of the furnace trap. (I think that’s the correct terminology.)
None of the other technicians have been as thorough.
He is an asset to your company.

Ice storm killed our furnace. One hour heating and air conditioning was on top of their game. Aidan and Nick did a great job with the install of a new high efficiency central hvac system. Very professional and they got the heat running before leaving. The entire system was up and running the next afternoon. 10/10 would recommend.
