Travis and the crew did a great job installing my new AC, thermostat and furnace. They are very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Travis took the time to answer all my questions and show me how my system works. My system was going on 10 years old and the new AC systems have improved quite a lot. if your system is old and your AC or furnace only runs one speed you need to check out the new variable speed systems as our comfort level has improved 100% I can’t wait to see how much we are going to save on utilities too!

One hour did a great job with our A/C install. They diagnosed our system correctly, took time to make sure we knew all of our options. Worked with us on price. Installed the unit the next day and had us back up and going. Their staff was kind, courteous, and showed great concern for making sure their work area was clean and picked up when they left. I highly recommend!

Overall great experience. Our AC went out Sunday night and we knew it wasn't an easy fix. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We signed up for their service plan and will be a loyal customer based on this experience

The tech came out to my home on time, actually early and performed a good cleaning job on my AC/Heater pump. While he was in there he noticed some things that were about to die on the unit and told me about their program to pay monthly and get two cleanings a year with the subscription. I ended up doing that and he also recommended a dehumidifier to help with cooling the home and not push the system so hard. In all it was a very good experience and if anyone is wanting quality work then they should call this company.

Highly recommend this company as they FAR exceeded my expectations. I originally scheduled service for the next day and they reached out to let me know they had availability that evening, which my family and I were greatful for as our AC wasnt working and the house was extremely hot. My technician, Xavier, was at the house within 30 minutes and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy with the service!

Sam was great! I was impressed by how quickly they came out. He explained everything and answered questions. Fixed our issues and was so respectful of our home with the protective covers and gave us his cell number if we needed anything. Great experience.

Mike went above and beyond for us! Our AC went out, he came to take a look and was extremely thorough. He spent time with me and then came back to explain everything to my husband. He was very responsive even after hours. I was so impressed and am so grateful to him. Everyone on the On Time team we interacted with was so kind and helpful!

Kirby came and installed our unit with Blake. They were very thorough. Also they were kind and courteous. They were able to make adjustments on the fly. We decided to add a humidifier and they were able to help us with that. Would highly recommend!

We had an issue with our AC unit leaking water and forming a puddle at the bottom of the unit.

We hired One Hour and they did some routine maintenance and an inspection after for $250 but said that didn’t fix the problem.

They recommended to replace the whole unit because our unit was 11 years old to fix the issue. They estimated price to be around $15000-$20000 and to sign up for their bi-yearly membership.

We realized later that week our issue was fixed by the routine maintenance. I am very glad we didn’t replace our unit the day they came out. I would advise to get a second opinion for estimates made by One Hour.

Matt was very responsive and helpful in getting me setup to schedule a service appointment for our AC unit. Originally the appointment was scheduled for the next day, but One Hour was able to get me fit in the SAME DAY. The technician we worked with, Sean, was superb in diagnosing and fixing our issue. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with me through the whole process explaining what was wrong and the cost associated with fixing. Very pleased with One Hour!

Mike Ray came out to do our system maintenance however when he hooked up his gauges he discovered our system was low on refrigerant. He got to work to discover why we were low on refrigerant . Within about 10-15 minutes he located the leak. With his explanation of the issue and providing us with different scenario quotes we decided it would be in our best interest to go with a totally new system! It was the most cost effective plan. Mike was totally confident in his diagnosis and even took the time to show us the issue with our system! He was very conscientious about our home and would put booties on each time he came in the front door! Totally first class service by a guy that values his career…. Would totally recommend Mike to anyone because of his honest and quick diagnosis. He is a 5 star in our book!!!
