Sam took time to communicate with us about our heat & air system. Very nice man. We have always been pleased with One Hour techs service people.

We scheduled a service call with One Hour for Air Duct Cleaning after purchasing a home. All three service technicians were very professional and explained everything in detail. They did an excellent job on the ducts, cleaning up after and resolving a small issue so it doesn't turn into a bigger problem later. We were happy with the service and will hire this company again.

Mice built a nest in my AC unit and compressor wasn’t working. Javier came out the same morning I called. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and did a full cleaning/maintenance (which was definitely needed). He even took steps to prevent future mouse infiltration. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and cost. My AC looks and functions like new.

We used one hour heating and cooling because the prior owners had left a sticker in the garage. I'm so glad that we have a relationship with them. We replaced the HVAC with a two speed system that is so comfortable. They service it twice a year and everything is great. unfortunately, this year, when it warmed up, the house did not cool down. I called at 4:30 and Sean was here before 5:30. He discovered that the thermostat needed to be replaced. It is so nice to have the house cool back down so soon. I would recommend them to anybody that wants to live in a comfortable environment and be treated with great service.

The entire crew (I think there were 8 of them at one time) were complete professionals, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Thank you so much One Hour Air for sending us Lane and Brendin today. They arrived on time, and were very professional and knowledgeable, eager to get started, hardworking and took their time to ensure our HVAC is cleaned very well and that our Nest thermostat is wired properly. They vacuumed where they worked when they were done. They showed us how much dirt was sucked out of our vents. I could tell and smell our indoor air is much cleaner. As soon as I entered the house, fresh clean air greeted me. I am so glad we did it through them and we've signed up to their club membership. We're gonna save up for the UV light then the sealing next. Thank you so much Lane and Brendin for all the hardwork you both did. We appreciate you both very much in making a big difference not only in our HVAC and thermostat but also contributing to our good health too.
