The night before Xavier from One Hour Heating came out, I called and spoke with Matt about my fan motor not shutting off. The house was getting very warm, so I shut the breaker off. The next day Xavier, the technician, showed up on time and began routine maintenance, troubleshooting what was going on. After several times up and down from my attic, I was informed the thermostat was not sending the signal to cycle off and on, causing excessive heat. He replaced the thermostat and spoke with me about becoming a member of the service maintenance club. Xavier was professional and informed me what he was doing. He clearly explained the benefits of routine maintenance and we decided to participate. Thank you Xavier for your quick response and attention to detail.

Great experience! It was our first time getting a vent cleaning and it was wonderful to have a team that was both experienced and personable. They always arrived right at the beginning of their projected time of appearance and we were given notice they would be coming soon each time. Caden evaluated our home and gave us a hefty price but was communicative about why. Brendin and Tyler came by to do the cleaning and they were amazing - Explained the process, got the job done, and were fantastic with our very interested pets. Definitely recommend the service!

I cannot be more grateful for this company. It only took the weekend for us do endure the cold but they did amazing. Explained everything to us and didn't take long to install what was needed. Again thank you for bringing warmth into our home.

I've had really good experiences with this company. Their online scheduling works well. They are responsive. Joining their 'club' was a good move for me as well.

I was thankful for the quick response as we were without heat. Technician was at our home prior to the time quoted and was able to figure out the problem quickly. While it was expensive, it was Saturday afternoon and were able to fix everything the same day. We had to replace the control panel. Thankful for his expertise and able to find the problem without costing us a bunch more. Grateful for our technician, would call them again in a pinch!

I called several AC repair businesses this morning when my AC wouldn’t go below 80 degrees. No one could come out for a few days. I called One hour and they were out right away. Mike took the time to explain the issue and the cost to repair the issue. They offered me a maintenance program which saved me money on my repair today. In about an hour Mike had my system back up and running. The experience was great! Upfront honest pricing and simple to understand repairs. So glad I found One Hour and looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months with the new maintenance package I have. Thanks for your commitment to customer service!

One Hour has done my maintenance and when I needed a new system and cleaned the vents and sealed them, they did a great job!

Sam was great! Very detailed on what needed to happen and why. He even brought my garbage bin up to the house because it was still on the curb from trash day. It’s the little things!
