We tried to do business with Pro Air and it seemed like they wanted to take care of us. We had a air conditioner not working and if it could be fixed that would have been good but it was an older unit so would have gone new if need be. They kept saying the part was ordered many times but not in. They even went as far as saying the date that they would be out to install the part but never came. I gave up and went with someone else.

We are so satisfied with Pro Air and the service they have provided for us. We had a new rooftop installed recently and they did a wonderful job. It started with the customer service, they were prompt in returning my phone call and getting service men out to our job site. The employees were friendly to my staff & I, they worked hard, and finished the job as quickly as they could. We have nothing but good things to say about their work. The service men were very knowledgeable, communicated with me over each thing they did & had the job done in a decent amount of time. If you are looking for a company that is trustworthy, hardworking & gets the job done, Pro Air Inc. is your go to!

They have the worst customer service!! I would not recommend this company to anybody. They claim to be professionals yet, they don't show any professionalism. One of their employees came to one of our stores to fix the walk-in cooler but wasn't able to fix it. Instead he suggested us to change the whole unit. I agreed with him but he said it's not his expertise. So he would send someone else the next day. I got charged $150 for just looking at the cooler. I was fine with that. But the very next day I found out what kind of company they were. I had to call in their office and find out who was coming in to fix my cooler, but the operator said she's going to call him and call me back to give me an update on it. What happened next, I did not even get a call back or any response from the company. I called the guy who was previously there to fix our cooler and he said he would talk to the person and call me back as soon as possible. It's been almost a week now and I haven't heard from them ever since. So be the judge. I will never do business with them, the "SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS"!! Thank you Pro Air Inc!!

If your employees/owners work like they drive you will not ever have to worry about me using your services after my drive home this evening. The people who drive your vehicles should really remember that they are rolling billboards especially when they are rolling 90 mph down K10 at 5:30 pm flying up on other's bumper's and then get off on the Desoto exit. Not good business practice in my opinion.

McGuires Tavern

I own McGuire's Tavern in Overland Park, KS, and my walk-in freezer suddenly stopped at 5:30PM on a Friday night! I phoned Pro Air, Inc., shared my problem, and they had a crew to my Tavern within 30 minutes. The crew diagnosed the problem, made the appropriate repairs (needed a part replaced), and had my freezer back to 5 degrees in short order. The crew was able to explain the problem and outline the repair needed in easy to understand language. They even showed me the faulty part and shared that the part was old and failing is just a part of the commercial operation. I braced myself for the after-hours fee, but such was not necessary as the fee was very reasonable. Honesty and fair dealing goes a LONG way with me. Pro Air, Inc., has a new client in Overland Park.

Called them because we were down and in a bind. They weren't my first call but Im so glad I called. They were very professional and they came out within a few hours and saved me and my customers from having to deal with the heat from the kitchen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We contacted this company to come out and service our business. They assured they would be out the following day. The following day came and .... No Call No Show .! We contacted the company the next day and reminded them that they were suppose to come in the day before... They had told us that they were too busy but would be in the following day.. Again, the following day came... No Call No Show. We do NOT recommend anyone going thru this so called "Company" . They are EXTREMELY unprofessional.!
