He was very good and finished in good time. I asked if he could fix my thermostat to automatic on and off. He said sure, He is the first maintenance man that has been able to do that. Thank him for me.

One Hour was able to send a technician the same day I reported the problem. Sam arrived on time and was courteous, professional and thorough. He quickly identified the problem and made the repair. All good!!

Very excellent friendly Midwestern service. I was shocked at how quickly they could come out and they couldn’t solve my problem right then, but they came back the next morning to fix it.

I woke up Christmas Eve morning without heat and 7 degree outside temperature. James at One Hour got Mike out to our place quickly and Mike was able to find the problem right off. He called around to everyplace he could think of to find an odd part and succeeded. He got the part and then got the system up and running fast. Thank you Mike and Jamesa

This is the 2nd time I’ve used One Hour Heating and Air and I’ve had great experiences every time. Both times I’ve called with a problem, a tech has been able to come out that morning. I’m also texted a pic of the tech so I know who will be coming. The techs put on little paper slippers and are very polite. They give me straightforward answers and options for the problems we’ve had and then don’t pressure us into the more expensive option. A monthly service payment plan was explained initially but never pushed. We chose to sign up for that and it has saved us money as well as helped us keep our AC/furnace well-maintained and running. I’ve been very pleased with my experience and highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling.
