One Hour provides our routine HVAC maintenance. They called in advance to confirm the appointment and called again on the day of letting me know a technician was available earlier than anticipated, which worked perfectly for me.

Chris checked our furnace, humidifier and a/c units. He was very polite, wore shoe coverings to protect our floors and explained everything he was doing and checking.

Javier did an awesome job getting our furnace back up and running quickly. He was professional, had the items needed for repair and was able to complete the job quickly. Thanks for the help!

I didn't know my furnace was out until really late (8:00 pm). When I called, they said they would come in the morning. However, they emailed the manager and were able to get someone out the same evening. I am very thankful that they came out the same night and were able to repair my furnace so we could have heat on such a cold night (19degrees tonight). I will definitely be calling them from now on for any HVAC needs. Thank you again for taking the time to come and help me. I really appreciate it.

They came out within a day and replaced our AC & heating units. Love the new system and they finished same day. All were super professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had your service technicians arrive yesterday for a routine maintenance on the furnace and they found breaks in the heat exchange. When James, your senior field technician arrived to confirm the breaks, he presented us with several options as to how to move forward so that we wouldn't have to go with having the house unheated for too many days. Fortunately, while the AC unit we selected was out in Cleveland, OH, the furnace we choose was available locally. Travis, Kyle and the rest of the team did a great job installing our new furnace promptly yesterday so that we were without heat for only about 6 hours. Fortunately, the weather also cooperated as it was a very mild January day and we weren't impacted too badly. After the installation was completed, Travis made sure to show me how the new programmable thermostat worked and how to change the filter with our new air cleaner. We're looking forward to many years of comfort with our new HVAC system.

I've been on the maintenance plan for about a year and a half and they are wonderful about calling me and getting maintenance scheduled. Francisco was great as he prepped my system for summer and he was very knowledgeable!
