John came out to repair my AC, he was very professional and Courteous and was able to diagnose very fast and repaired in few minutes. I was very happy with the service and the price. He informed me that they have plumbing service too, so from now on I will use them for my electrical and plumbing issues in future. Thanks John !!

Our experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has been top-notch from the start. I’m a “review-reader” and had high expectations since their rating is already great. We had a unique situation that required a lot of thinking and we could not be more satisfied with Alex and the entire crew that helped. He was informative, thorough and always willing to explain things to us in a way we could understand. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the results.

We also met Chris in our journey to come to a conclusion for our furnace and he was great to work with. Again, very helpful and informative - we never felt like we were being “sold” something to “sell” something. They all genuinely had our best interest in mind and we will forever be a customer.

If you’re reading this and still on the fence, just do yourself a favor and call!

Fantastic! Woke up to no AC in our house on a very hot/humid morning. We had a tech here within an hour! Problem diagnosed and solved within 30 mins. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the explanations of all diagnostic testing and options for repair. Their whole team deserves a thumbs up. The process was so easy that I signed up for their regular maintenance program. Highly recommend! A+

Great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. On Monday 8/16 I contacted them because my year old AC System that I purchased from them was blowing warm air. I was scheduled right away between 11A and 3P. John was here around 11:30. By noon he had determined that I had a small leak in my A-Coil and had already order a replacement part to fix the issue. On Wednesday 8/18 I received a call from Wes stating that he had the part and wanted to come out and install it. Wes was here at 8:30 AM and had everything fixed by buy noon. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a top notch company that really takes care of their customers. Thank again for taking care of us and fixing the issue.

Came out same day to fix our furnace. Mindful of the implications of no heat in a mobile home and immediately ensured we had everything we needed to prevent burst pipes before they arrived. Explained the problem without condescending. So happy with the service we received that we signed up for a maintenance service plan that includes discounted repairs.

Very personable and professional. Cody was patient and talked us thru all of our options.

I like the fact that things are explained to me. I am kept informed of what is being done and why.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They broke my AC unit during a standard spring inspection. The so called owner Gary- is unprofessional and does not follow through on his commitments. He endorses his team to use broom sticks, and ask household members to help check air flow during inspections. They broke my actual unit, the mother board and dampers along w duct work. They do answer the phone and will come out only to intentionally up-sale you.

The staff is friendly unfortunately they have a bad boss. Again- DO NOT USE their frauds. They broke AC unit and furnace and now they refuse to repair.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year just after regular business hours for some other companies. Another company could only schedule us for the next day and the temperature was forecast to drop to 9 degrees.
Adriana at the office was extremely helpful and was able to fit us in the same evening. The tech, John, was on another call but came over right after. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. Within 2 hours of me calling, he arrived from his other call and fixed our problem.
I also appreciated that they sent a text message to confirm that he was on his way and that it included a picture of who to expect.
I would gladly call them again if i have more issues and would recommend them to others.
I found them on Google, so I'm leaving this review for anyone else who is looking the same way I did.
