Phillip came out on short noice, on a Friday night to help with our broken boiler. Diagnosed and replaced thermo couple, resolving our no heat problem. Home temp finally returning to 68 from low 50’s. We are very grateful to Phillip and 1 hr Heating and Cooling.

These guys are great. Very professional and courteous, especially when it comes to my house. The tech wore boot covers without me even asking him to. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and didn't pressure me to purchase anything more than what I truly needed. Our tech Brandon was very honest and hard working. Although the issue was not resolved due to having a complex (old) furnace, he went out of his way to try and figure out. On multiple occasions I was ready to throw in the towel however Brandon made sure he covered all bases before concluding that any parts for this furnace may be discontinued. Brandon is what every consumer would want at their home. The honesty goes a long way, especially when dealing with expensive home repairs. We are at ease after the service and he made sure that the bill reflected truth and honesty. He is definitely an asset to the company and will recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Brandon

I love this company, I have a service agreement which is not expensive and has actually saved me money. It's easy to get appointments. The personnel are good people! Down to earth, easy to talk to. They communicate what, if any, problems they find and fix them. They kept parts on the truck and are brilliant at service, fix, and complete all in just an hour or two. They show up when they say they will, you receive a picture of who to expect. They get right to work. This company is a great company to have working to keep your home or business safe and healthy. The service people show up with a smile and are very happy to help. Today I met Tom. He was very proud to work for such a good company. I was very pleased a few years ago when my AC was installed along with new vents and duct system. Robert and his crew were great, so when he showed up today to repair /inspect my nonworking furnace i felt at ease and confident everything would be all-right! I needed a part and purchased the maintenance program per his advice and my satisfaction with One Hour has improved even more!! Great company I will recommend whenever I can.
