A friend of mine put in a new thermostat and didn’t hook the A/C wires correctly. I called one hour heating and air and they got me in quickly, especially since it’s hot outside. Joe fixed the problem and then went around to make sure there were no other problems, he even hosed off my outside unit. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and polite. This is the second time I’ve called one hour heating and air and they will always be my go-to people because they are consistently good! Thank you Joe!!!

Joe is fantastic. He arrived at my house and assessed the issue in a short amount of time. He explained the cause and how it can be avoided in the future. He kept me informed the whole time he was in my home. If you need a guy? Call Joe, he's your man.

Called for a simple furnace repair. We were told over the phone it'd be $89 for them to come out and diagnose. It was $89 just for them to come out; it's an additional $115 for them to diagnose. They wanted to charge over $5k for the fix. We found the part online for $50 and plugged it in ourselves - took less than 5 minutes. Won't be calling this company again!
