Matt Drumheller, David and the other gentleman (I apologize for not remembering his name) that were here today were absolutely OUTSTANDING! I’ve never had such great customer service! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, he even offered to speak with my husband to explain everything to him. Throughout today’s installation process, Matt constantly kept me apprised of what was going on, what issues there were and how they were going to fix/reconfigure everything! So grateful we had Matt and his team taking care of our AC issues. One Hour is such an amazing company, with phenomenal customer service! Highly, highly recommend!

The business name was accurate in my experience. I used google to find a local AC business for same day service with a high rating. More than one business did not return my call (with higher ratings via google I might add) to place me on a “list” to have a technician come to my house to see what the problem was. Although I understand AC technicians are in high demand this time of year, Allen was immediate with his response and was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue, physically showed me the problem, ordered the part, and he and his team completed the installation by early afternoon. I also called a friend that is in the AC business (who was out of town at the time) to check and see if the pricing was fair and accurate for their service which it was. A warranty on the part and labor was also given. I highly recommend these guys!

Late night emergency call and John was awesome! Was able to come 2 hours early and had the air up and running within an hour and price was very reasonable. So impressed with the service we are signing up for their maintenance program do this doesn’t happen again . Great service and John was outstanding. Thanks so much !

It's really hard to find a good reliable company now a days..But One Hour Air was absolutely that.. Really appreciate the honesty and accurate diagnosis of our system. John was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Looking for a awesome company that will provide quality service,look no farther..
Oh and the cost of repair was beyond fair..

It was a difficult relocate for my home system and the job was gnarly hot (140° in the attic!) but John and David ( including the boss, Chad) were committed to complete the job. Excellance in skill, professionalism, determination, and being calmly personable put these technicians and this company in the upper echelon. A company is only as good as the people who work there and these guys are the BEST.

From the very first interaction with Matt to my service technician Anthony this company has been exceptional with customer service and value their customer as a whole. Prices are fair and they’re extremely efficient in getting your system back up and running called at 8am and have a technician at my home by 930. I value a company that will take care of its customers in a reasonable timeframe. Anthony was also very polite and mad me feel valued. I’ll definitely be using this company for all my AC repairs/maintenance!

John was the HVAC professional who arrived at my home promptly. He was super professional and an overall nice person. He resolved my issue and explained exactly what he was doing in terms that I could understand. He also recommended a maintenance service which my landlord purchased. Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C company! John Gardner was excellent! Called at nine in the morning and the job was completed by around 3:30 the same day! Wow! Super! I highly recommend!
