My wife and I were most impressed with Allen’s knowledge with the assessment of our present system and the recommendations for replacing and upgrading our present hvac system . He spent the necessary amount of time to thoroughly explain the proposed hvac to us.
He also spent an adequate amount of time to address any and all of our questions.

David did a great job installing my new ecobee thermostat. And it was a challenge since there were wires that had to be redirected. But he did a fantastic job and now I have a good and working thermostat. I highly recommend one hour air.

I have two ductless cooling and heating systems (Mitsubishi). One system (4 heads) works great and the other system, (3 heads) has only one of the three heads cooling. I called 1Hour Air Conditioning to check out this system. Allen arrived and it didn’t take him long to identify the first issue. Either there was acid in the system or someone introduced yellow dye into the system looking for a leak. He tested for acid, both inorganic and organic and the results were negative. It was yellow dye. Introduction of the dye voided all manufacturer warranties! I spoke to the president of the company that installed the system and he denied that they were responsible, ‘We don’t use dye’. The system had not been serviced since they were installed. And Mitsubishi told Allen the entire system, condenser and three heads have to be replaced. So….. Allen, John, and Billy, started the process of removing the old system. Even their boss came out to observe and insure the process of installing the new system went smoothly. Some but not all of the issues they found were, (1) the leak in the system due to a poorly created flange, and hence why the original company introduced the dye, (2) two of the heads low voltage lines were wired to the wrong output. Low voltage (B) going to location (C) and low voltage (C) going to location (B). And (3), none of the drain lines were properly installed. One drain line especially was installed such that it couldn’t drain properly resulting in water dripping down the wall and the head freezing up. Water doesn’t travel up hill very well. I had to suction out the drain line with a shop vac from time to time.

After installing the new system, fixing all drain lines and performing a vacuum test, pulling a vacuum down to 383 microns, (which the original company apparently didn’t do), the system was started. Allen, John, and Billy stayed until they were satisfied that the system was working (around 8pm). Allen called me the next morning to check on the system. One drain line wasn’t working properly so he and Matt came out and within a short time fixed it. Everything is running well. This is the first time since being in the house that both AC systems are working properly.

If you are looking for a AC company to take care of your system, look no further, 1hour Air Conditioning is an excellent company with highly trained technicians and friendly staff and owner. And they stand behind their work unlike the company that originally installed my systems.

Needless to say, I will continue to use 1hour air conditioning.

The technician, Allen Beatty, was absolutely the most knowledgeable and honest professional I have dealt with. He quickly identified that the wiring to the heater was incorrect, made the repairs and saved me from a $915 bill to replace the heater inside my air handler. That was the identified repair by a previous technician. Allen knocked this call out of the park and truly reflects very well on One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of the Treasure Coast.

From start to finish, John and the team at One Hour Air were absolutely brilliant. Completely professional and absolutely zero BS. They did the exact job I wanted and went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Very satisfied with the service and they’ve definitely made a life long customer out of me.

John was incredible and I couldn’t of been more blessed to find him. He explained every detail of the work. He also called a partner over to do this big repair.
