One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® of Treasure Coast

Our air went out at 6 pm on a Friday evening on one of the hottest days this week. I called One Hour Air and someone answered right away, I didn’t have to leave a message and wait to get called back. Desi was our technician and he was there within the hour. He was very friendly and professional. He had us back up and running in no time and even saved us some money with a service plan. We were very thankful for their prompt service and the nice and knowledgeable technician. We will be using them again.

Matt at One Hour was fantastic!!! I needed a quick response to our air conditioner not working and found One Hour through Google. They responded quickly and sent a technician within a 2 hours. I received texts keeping me updated along the way. Matt was professional, efficient and very friendly. He diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly and explained his thinking and work every step of the way. He also installed a new thermostat for us and left his business card for any follow up questions or issues that may arise. I will be calling Matt and One Hour again for all of our heating/cooling needs. They were great!

John was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to walk me through the entire process so I knew what was going on. He originally came out for a repair but I also signed up for their maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.

Allan was not only on time, but did a great job efficiently!! But got it done without an exorbitant cost!! I signed up for their maintenance service, and will be happy to use them and recommend them to anyone that needs an AC service. They told me between 11 and one and they were here by 11 AM and I have had no air-conditioning overnight. Not realizing that I could’ve call them at midnight
