Matt is fantastic. I called out of the blue today with an inoperable A/C compressor. He came out quickly (on a Sunday Afternoon!) texted me as he was on the way, showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem. Even with an old unit he was able to figure the problem and even through it was unrepairable he gave me options and even offered to leave us with a temporary portable A/C unit to make due with the heat until we can replace the unit we need. I would not call anyone else. Make this your first call if you need HVAC service in and around the Stuart FL area!

If you need your A/C installed or repaired, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Chad, David and Matt were so responsive and helpful from the beginning to end! They made sure our new A/C installation went smooth as possible and were responsive and gave us updates regarding parts and everything. We had a 25 year old A/C unit that needed to be replaced badly...and after all these years it gave up just few days before installation! David was heading home when he got a call around evening time to go to our place and try to see the problem. He came with a smile and helped us out. Unfortunately he did not have the part with him to temporarily keep it running which was fine but he came the very next day early in the morning with the part and started it back on..the installation process was also easy. They made sure everything was running proper till the end and we were satisfied with everything. Can't thank them enough for a great service they provided from start to end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Desi just left and I have to say he was great. I must say that he was the best service person I ever had here for anything. I would highly recommend him. He talked to me about everything he was doing. He is efficient, smart and knowledgable. He even helped me save money. FANTASTIC! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

AC went out night before. Called the service that installed the unit 4x only to find out, they do not service the area anymore. Called One hour based on reviews, they were super helpful and was able to send out technician within a few hours. Desi was great and professional! Had a great experience and will be using them again in the future.

Fast, reliable, and reasonable rates. The gentleman who came out went over and beyond and i couldn't have asked for a more trustable person and company. I promise to spread the word. Even the office girl was wonderful and sweet. i hope I get the same gentleman back at my residence when it's comes time for my quarterly maintenance!

Allen was my service tech. He arrived on time. Conducted a maintenance on my unit, and repaired my condenser. The fan module went bad. He went and got the parts and my a/c was fixed within reasonable time. Great job Allen! Allen represents the One Hour team very well. He referred to his straight forward pricing so I knew what I was getting into before he completed the work. Thanks Allen, you'll be my preferred tech!
