Technicians Matt/Allen/Anthony/David were very professional, engaging and knowledgeable with troubleshooting, Matt and Anthony Installed my new A/C unit and fixed some troubleshooting problems

John was on time, (early portion of a pre-determined 2 hour window of arrival), very professional, courteous, extremely THOROUGH, informative, and I believe genuine in his advice as to what needs to be done to keep my older system running properly. I have been using another company in the 9 years since moving to this home (and used that same company for maybe 5-6 years in a prior home) and after being unhappy with the last 2-3 experiences with them, took a chance on a new company. That company sent us John and I already know I will never (ever) use anyone else again.

Matt was professional, on-time, knowledgeable, courteous, and provided several options for me to chose from. I will stick with this company, and I highly recommend! New AC was installed today, the team of guys were excellent! Professional, courteous, super! Great job!

This company is great, my A/C broke down and they came out on Sunday. I had to replace the A/C which was no surprise since I knew it needed it after buying my house. They gave me a awesome veterans discount and I had a new A/C the next day. John was very knowledgeable and worked to get my new A/C in fast and wo any downtime. They are very professional and I would definitely call them again. I would have used Collins Electric since years ago they gave my dad a free A/C for being a elderly veteran but my sister did not find their name on Facebook till much after this incident but I am happy I reached out to this company since they took good care of me. You cant go wrong with these guys or Collins electric. 1 hour and John have my thanks for a excellent job. I could not be more happy.
